College Students Take The Postgraduate Entrance Examination Inside The Volume:Representation,Mechanism And Breakthrough Path

Postgraduate entrance examination is related to the selection of graduate talent quality.In recent years,the number of master’s students in China has risen sharply,and the phenomenon of fierce competition of postgraduate entrance examination once became the hot spot of public opinion.The word "inner examination" is often used in academia to interpret the irrational learning phenomenon of college students,and in the wave of postgraduate preparation,"the behavior of postgraduate examination" constantly affects college students."Take an examination of grind inside the volume" what is the specific behavior performance of the college student? Why do they want the inner rolls? What are the dangers of this inner roll? How to reduce the college students in the entrance examination phenomenon? People often do not know,this requires us to pay attention to the postgraduate entrance examination students,understand their individual feelings in the process of postgraduate exam preparation.These real and in-depth individual feedback can help highlight students’ perspective and provide more information reference for the quality assurance of graduate training.This study takes "postgraduate examination" as the research object,and interviewed 30 college students who have prepared for the postgraduate examination in Jiangsu Province to understand their personal feelings of the phenomenon of "postgraduate examination" in and around them.On the basis of the inner volume theory,Maslow’s demand theory and individual irrational selection theory,the MAXQDA2020 qualitative analysis tool is used to encode and visually analyze the collected interview data.It is found that the behavior of college students taking the postgraduate entrance examination is mainly manifested in the surge of students,group competition and individual internal consumption.The emergence of this phenomenon is mainly attributed to the influence of external social employment,school and family environment,and the internal psychological needs of college students for safety,social interaction,respect and self-realization.The phenomenon of postgraduate entrance examination needs to be paid attention to,because it not only has a negative impact on the physical and mental health,social interaction and family relations of college students,but also causes the education crisis,the waste of teaching resources and the difficulty of the society to select applied talents.Break college students to take an examination of postgraduate examination is imminent,for this,this research puts forward the following suggestions.First,at the social level,the government unites enterprises to alleviate the sense of employment crisis under the safety needs of college students;second,at the school level,it reduces the vanity psychology under the social needs of college students;second,at the family level,parents create a democratic atmosphere of respect for college students;and finally,at the individual level,college students realize the self-realization needs.
