| Research purpose: In order to improve the Athletic performance of Chinese women beach volleyball players,this paper takes the Kinetic chain as the theoretical basis,and adopts the 12-week Performance Coaching method to explore the existing sports dysfunction and athletic performance deficiencies.On this basis,it designs appropriate training methods and load changes,summarizes the combination structure of methods,and analyzes the factors affecting sports performance,so as to improve athletic performance.Prevent sports injury and escort our country female beach volleyball players to achieve excellent results.Research Methods: In this paper,using the methods of literature,field observation,expert interview,testing,mathematical statistics analysis and other research methods,6national women beach volleyball players as the experimental objects,functional movement screen test and athletic performance test before and after the Performance Coaching,and the difference test.The correlations among body shape,functional movement screen test results and athletic performance of 6 athletes were analyzed.The results of the study:(1)The test index of athletic performance consists of the maximum strength of squat,the maximum strength of bench press,the height of run-up in sand,the height of non-reverse jump in sand,the solid ball throwing with one arm,the 8-meter sprint in sand,the 8-meter dive in sand,the half-meter movement in sand,and the3,000-meter run.(2)The average height of national women sand volleyball players is 188 cm,average weight is 74.62 kg,average BMI is 21.1,average arm span is 191.5cm,average distance between hands and feet is 235.17 cm.The average score of the functional motion screening test before the Performance Coaching was 13.17 points,lower than the critical value of 14 points.In the athletic performance test,the average maximum strength of the players in squat was 87.33 kg,the average maximum strength of bench press was 53.83 kg,the average height of running in sand was 289.33 cm,the average height of jumping in sand in non-reverse direction was 287.67 cm,the average distance of throwing solid ball with one hand was 11.64 m,and the average time of sprinting in sand was 1.92 s.The average time of8*10 meters of sand returning-diving is 25.58 s,the average time of half "meter" movement is 19.15 s,and the average time of 3,000 meters running is 833.17 s.(3)The Performance Coaching of national female sand volleyball athletes consists of preparation activity training method,trunk pillar strength training method,rapid stretching compound training method,acceleration and multi-direction movement training method,maximum strength and rotation explosive force training method,energy system development training method and regeneration and recovery training method.(4)From the perspective of Kinetic chain theory,the Performance Coaching of national women’s beach volleyball team has five combination structure characteristics: "T","X","L","H" and "I".(5)In the course of training,the load of strength class showed a decreasing trend,while the strength showed an increasing trend.The load and intensity of acceleration and multi-direction movement training showed an increasing trend,and the load and intensity of energy system training showed an increasing trend.(6)After 12 weeks of Performance Coaching,the score of functional motor screening test of 6 players increased to 16.67 points,with significant difference.In the Athletic performance test,the average maximum strength of squat was increased to 105.33 kg,the average maximum strength of bench press was increased to 63.3kg,the average height of running in sand was increased to 291 cm,the average height of jumping in sand in nonopposite direction was increased to 289.83 cm,and the average distance of throwing solid ball with one hand was increased to 13.1m.The average time of 8-meter dash in sand is shortened to 1.83 s,the average time of 8-meter dive in sand is shortened to 24.08 s,the average time of half-meter movement in sand is shortened to 18.5s,and the average time of3,000-meter run is shortened to 808.17 s.(7)Among body shape and functional movements,BMI and body weight were highly correlated with functional movements,while height,arm span and foot distance were less correlated with functional movements.In terms of body shape and athletic performance,body weight and BMI had a high correlation with half "meter" movement on sandy land,the correlation coefficients were 0.962 and 0.864,respectively.Functional movements are associated with a moderate to high degree of athletic performance.Conclusions:(1)The Performance Coaching from the perspective of kinetic chain theory can better solve the muscle tension,poor muscle strength,low joint motion dysfunction of female sand volleyball athletes,and improve the athletic performance of athletes in all aspects.(2)Under the kinetic chain theory,there are five kinds of combination structure of Performance Coaching for national women’s beach volleyball players: "T","X","L","H" and "I",which have obvious effect on improving the performance of strength exercise,speed exercise,endurance exercise and sensitive exercise.(3)The load change system,which gradually reduces the load,gradually increases the load intensity and gradually increases the training load as a whole,plays an important role in improving the athletes’ sports performance.(4)The athletic performance of national women beach volleyball players is also affected by body shape and functional movement,and there is a high degree of correlation between the three.(5)Athletes’ weight and BMI should be managed during training so that they can both perform well and minimize the risk of injury. |
