Research On The Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Restricting The Performance Of Competitive Beach Volleyball In China

In recent years,China’s competitive beach volleyball has made remarkable progress in economic level and event promotion.However,compared with other sports,it is found that there is still a big gap between the sports achievements of this project and the world’s strong teams:the number of times to get on the world tour podium is very few,and the Olympic qualification is also a difficult one.The lack of qualification means the decline of our country’s competitive beach volleyball ability.In order to obtain stable results in international competitions,we need to re-examine the factors that restrict the improvement of the performance of China’s competitive beach volleyball.This paper investigates the coaches,athletes,managers and experts of competitive beach volleyball in China,and studies it with the methods of literature,questionnaire and factor analysis,in order to put forward the optimization measures to promote the stable improvement of the performance of Chinese competitive beach volleyball.The results show that seven public factors,including athletes,competition,coaches,training,logistics,reserve talents and external environment,have important influence on the performance of China’s competitive beach volleyball.The results are as follows:(1)compared with the step development of women beach volleyball,the development speed of men’s beach volleyball is slightly slow and the competitive strength is not balanced.Although it has an absolute advantage in domestic competitions,it is difficult to find a breakthrough in the face of the fierce competition pattern of beach volleyball in the world,but it is unable to compete with the strong teams.The sports achievements are declining and it is difficult to find a breakthrough.(2)At present,the quality of our country’s competitive beach volleyball players is not balanced development,retirement placement can not be guaranteed;The evaluation of coaches is not perfect,and the overall scientific research ability is low;There is no comprehensive security system with comprehensive coverage,strong pertinence and high level;There is no effective means to improve the overall training efficiency and competition quality;The training of reserve talents mainly depends on sports schools,and there are many difficulties in selecting students;And fall into the vicious circle mode of lack of Funds-loss of high-level players-decline of overall competitive level-insufficient social attention-lack of commercial sponsorship.(3)The competitive beach volleyball in China should adjust the treatment of athletes and establish the retirement guarantee mechanism;To build a comprehensive security system,strengthen the scientific research and medical personnel allocation of all sports teams;Improve the competition system of beach volleyball and expand the influence of sports events;Change the current training mode,strengthen the detail and scientificization;Strengthen the popularization of youth Beach Sports and optimize the training mode of reserve talents;Improve the comprehensive level of coaches and build a composite coach team;We will gradually promote the market-oriented exploration,and improve the sports performance of the project in seven aspects,such as commercial transportation as the core guiding ideology.
