| Beijing No.20 Middle School is a model ordinary high school in Beijing,a famous traditional track and field school,and a Beijing Olympic Sports Reserve Talent Base school.It has won the first place in the total team score in the municipal and district track and field Games for many times,and has sent high-level track and field athletes to universities and professional teams every year.Many times by the superior departments of commendation.As the weak link of athletics sports,track and field events are always seeking development,especially the training of reserve talents in track and field sports is more important.At present,this well-known sports strong school has been named as the 2021-2024 National Track and Field Individual highlevel Reserve talent Base.Under the circumstances that competitive sports return to education has become an inevitable trend,how can the school,as a grassroots training position,constantly cultivate track and field reserve talents needed by the country and relieve the pressure of insufficient reserve strength for competitive sports track and field events? It’s worth exploring in depth.In this paper,field investigation,interview,questionnaire and other research methods are adopted to study the training mechanism of track and field sports reserve talents in Beijing No.20 Middle School.Through indepth understanding and analysis of the training mechanism formed by Beijing No.20 Middle School in the five aspects of track and field athlete recruitment,training,management,incentive and security,the following conclusions are drawn:1.In terms of enrollment mechanism,twenty middle schools can make enrollment plans flexibly according to the characteristics and reality of the track and field team under the macro-management of the Municipal Education Commission.In addition,twenty middle schools can ensure the integrity of the track and field team structure by recruiting new students inside the school.However,the scientific nature of material selection and the source of students need to be further solved.2.In terms of the training mechanism,the training time of athletes in the 20 th middle school is not guaranteed,and the number of competitions is not enough.Coaches lack consideration for the long-term development of track and field athletes.In order to solve the conflict between learning and training,No.20 Middle School established a communication platform between home and school,and strictly stipulated the time for cultural education and training.While attaching importance to each other’s work field,the head teacher and the coach constantly guide and strengthen the athletes’ concept of learning and training balance.3.In terms of management mechanism,No.20 Middle School has established an organizational management structure and set up complete rules and regulations.It conducts standardized management with institutional constraints while clarifying departmental responsibilities.4.In terms of incentive mechanism,the state continuously improves the evaluation system of coaches.Twenty middle schools have established effective reward and punishment system for coaches;Beijing Municipal Education Commission has lowered the admission standards for the high school entrance examination and the college entrance examination in accordance with the status of sports special students.Twenty middle schools have established the award standards for athletic performance for track and field athletes,but no quantifiable comprehensive evaluation standards have been established.5.In terms of guarantee mechanism,Beijing attaches great importance to the construction of schools with traditional sports programs and the joint training mode between No.20 High School and Beijing Sport University is very conducive to the development of the training work of No.20 high School.The funds and training facilities of the track and field team can meet the training needs of track and field athletes,but they lack their own income generating capacity in terms of funds.In addition,twenty high school athletes’ diet is not supervised and lacks scientific nutritional supplements.In view of the problems found in the research,this study puts forward the following optimization strategies: strictly control the quality of students and attach importance to the cohesion of talent training;Perfect the personnel training system,improve the school management level;Increase competition and communication opportunities to form a scientific training system;Strengthen the construction of the coach team,improve the overall quality;We will strengthen measures to ensure personnel training and improve the quality of logistics support. |
