Homework is an important part of teaching activities and an important way to improve the quality of education and teaching.However,for a long time,primary and secondary schools have widely suffered from problems such as excessive homework burden and poor quality of homework,which is not conducive to the improvement of education quality or the healthy growth of students.The promulgation of the "double reduction" policy in 2021 provides policy guidance for reducing the burden of operations,and also puts forward higher requirements for the quality of operation design.Faced with the requirement of reducing the total amount of homework and limited homework time,teachers must re-examine the homework function,improve the quality of homework,and escort the implementation of the "double reduction" policy.As an important part of Chinese teaching,extracurricular homework has important value in consolidating Chinese knowledge,improving Chinese language ability and cultivating core literacy.Based on this,it is of great significance to study the design of extracurricular homework in the first Chinese under the "double reduction" policy,which is of great significance to improve the quality of Chinese teaching,cultivate students’ interest in Chinese and Chinese and cultivate students’ core language literacy,and also help the implementation and promotion of the "double reduction" policy.This article is divided into five parts.The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly discusses the research background and significance of the paper,analyzes and reviews the existing research,and explains the research objectives and research methods.The second chapter focuses on the theoretical basis and design principles of the "double reduction" policy,in order to provide a reliable theoretical basis for the operation design.Chapter 3 starts from practice and understands the current situation of extracurricular homework design in the first Chinese.Through questionnaire survey,the current situation is clarified and the reasons are analyzed,it is found that due to the influence of examination-oriented education and the constraints of teaching objective factors,the current extracurricular homework design in Chinese and Chinese still has problems such as utilitarian goals,unreasonable amount of homework,boring homework content,single homework form,and unreasonable homework evaluation,and the effect of "reducing burden and improving quality" of homework is not ideal.Chapter 4 mainly explores the main strategies of extracurricular homework Chinese design in the context of "double reduction" from five dimensions: homework objective,homework volume and homework time,homework content,homework form and homework evaluation.Chapter 5 takes an article in the seventh grade upper volume of the unified edition of the Chinese textbook and a Chinese unit in the ninth grade upper volume as examples to design extracurricular homework,in order to provide teachers with high-quality examples of Chinese extracurricular homework that meet the requirements of "double reduction".
