Class management is an important part of school education which plays a decisive role in shaping students’ personality.In order to fully carry out the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating talents,it is necessary to carry on the study of class management.The construction of class system culture is an important part of class management,which has important guiding significance for improving students’ ideological understanding,standardizing students’ daily behavior and promoting students’ all-round development.As a key period for the formation of students’ outlook on life,world outlook and values,good class system culture plays an important role in promoting their healthy growth.However,due to the relatively backward economy in rural areas,the unbalanced allocation of educational resources and the one-sided view of talents,the understanding of the role of class system and culture construction in promoting the growth of students is still insufficient.This study carried out a systematic study on the construction of class system culture in rural middle schools from the perspective of good governance,which is conducive to promoting the reform of education methods in rural middle schools and promoting the rapid development of rural middle schools.This study follows the general idea of raising questions--analyzing problems--solving problems.In the study,literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and comparative research are used to deeply understand the current situation and problems of the construction of rural junior middle school class system culture.For questionnaire design,the student edition questionnaire includes four dimensions,namely,the idea of formulating class system culture,the way of promoting class system,the scientific implementation of system and the effect of system implementation.The teacher version of the questionnaire includes four dimensions:guidance and supervision of class system culture,decision-making concept of class system culture,formulation of class system content,and execution method of class system.The results of questionnaire survey on four rural junior middle schools in typical areas show that the current level of class system culture construction in rural junior middle schools is still underdevelopedThrough questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with representative teachers and students,this study sorted out the outstanding problems existing in the construction of class system culture in rural junior middle schools.It is mainly manifested in the lack of the main body of class system culture construction,the lack of democracy of class system culture construction,the lack of standardization of class system culture construction and the weak execution force of class system culture construction.On the basis of theoretical analysis and current investigation,based on the perspective of good governance theory,this study systematically puts forward optimization countermeasures for the construction of institutional culture of rural junior middle school classes: reshaping the management mechanism of institutional culture construction,creating a democratic class management atmosphere,focusing on cultivating students’ self-management ability,and building a standardized class management system.
