| In this era of rapid development,all walks of life are full of fierce competition.The education and training industry has a promising development prospect in recent years due to the improvement of residents’ consumption level and the change of family structure pattern.However,due to the impact of the novel coronavirus epidemic,offline education has been impacted,and the online education has become the main battlefield of teaching and publicity work.It is of great research significance to turn the crisis into an opportunity and do a good job in marketing.This paper takes G Company as the research object,based on the Rubik’s Cube educational products currently in operation.Taking 7PS as the theoretical analysis tool and using literature analysis,the paper points out the existing problems in the marketing work at the present stage,such as the single product structure,unreasonable pricing,traditional means of publicity,insufficient personnel,lack of tangible display,imperfect service process,etc.It summarizes and analyzes the causes behind the problems.The internal and external environment of the enterprise is analyzed by comprehensive use of macro environment analysis tools and SWOT analysis tools.Combining with the results of the market survey report,STP strategy is used to identify target customer groups and determine the enterprise positioning,and the optimization of 7PS marketing strategy is proposed for the existing problems of the enterprise.In combination with the actual situation of the enterprise,five aspects of safeguard measures are put forward,such as organization,capital,technology,system and hardware to promote the implementation of the marketing strategy.Through the effective implementation of7 PS marketing strategy,I hope to help G Company break through the bottleneck of development in operation,achieve customer satisfaction with products and services,establish a reputation,establish a brand,build a new journey,realize a new leap,and enter a new stage.And it can also provide a certain reference for other education and training companies.. |
