| Research objective: "No competition,no sports",after-school sports competition,as an important part of school sports work,is an important carrier to play sports people,but at this stage,school after-school sports competition has the phenomenon of abnormal competition,elite competition objects,and weakened competition education function.In order to fully implement the party’s education policy,promote the all-round development of students,and give full play to the role of competition in educating people,it has become an urgent problem to study the normalized after-school sports competition system and its implementation plan for all students.From the perspective of "educating people through competition",this study deeply explores the educational elements of sports competitions,discusses the education mechanism of sports competitions,and designs the after-school sports competition system and implementation plan of primary school by taking Beijing Chaoyang Experimental Primary School as an example,aiming to give full play to the educational value of after-school sports competitions,stimulate primary school students’ interest in sports,and promote the healthy growth and all-round development of students.Research Methods: This study mainly uses the literature method,literature met hod,interview method,Delphi method,and case analysis method to carry out the r esearch.Among them,the literature method and interview method were used to prel iminarily collect and sort out the educational elements of after-school sports compet itions,and the educational elements of after-school sports competitions were excavat ed and screened through the Delphi method.Through the literature method and inte rview method,the current situation and problems of the after-school sports competit ion system of Beijing Chaoyang Experimental Primary School were understood,and the after-school sports competition system and implementation plan of Chaoyang E xperimental Primary School were optimized on the basis of theoretical research and investigation and analysis.Results : 1.After three rounds of Delphi expert surveys,based on the opinions of all experts,with the index coefficient of variation CV≤0.25 and the average score ≥4 as the indicators,the index index system composed of 2 first-level indicators of physical education and nurturing of heart,6 second-level indicators such as fitness,cultivation,morality,strong heart,puzzle,and beauty was determined,as well as 36 third-level indicators such as enhancing physical fitness,improving basic sports skills,improving special sports skills,and improving technical and tactical levels.The educational function of after-school sports competition is the result of the joint effect of externalization of education and internalization of education,which includes two aspects: fitness and cultivation,and internalization of education is mainly manifested in four aspects: morality,strengthening the heart,intellectual,and beauty.The externalization of education and internalization of education are a unified whole of organic connection,and the external and internalization of education spirals and advances in the continuous interaction of externalization in action and internalization in the heart,and finally achieves the realization of the goal of education in after-school sports competitions.2.The results of the interview survey show that the sports equipment and schedule of Chaoyang Experimental Primary School can fully meet the competition needs of students,the school attaches importance to after-school sports competitions and carries out multi-project sports competitions,but there are shortcomings such as low effective utilization of human resources and venue resources,unclear competition goals at various levels,failure of the event system to face all students,failure of competition rules and regulations and competition organization process to organically integrate educational elements,and single evaluation methods of after-school sports competitions.Based on the above deficiencies,the after-school sports competition system of Chaoyang Experimental Primary School was optimized from the perspectives of clarifying the competition objectives of each level stage,optimizing the vertical and horizontal structure of the competition system,improving the competition rules and regulations,putting forward specific requirements for different student groups,and designing the competition evaluation method combining summary evaluation and process evaluation.3.Taking "educating people by competition" as the basic concept and focusing on the organic integration of competition education elements in after-school sports competitions,this study designs three competition implementation examples such as sports culture festival,athletics meeting,volleyball single skill competition,etc.,each example includes the competition content,competition process and competition requirements guided by the overall goal of the competition.The competition objectives are mainly divided into the overall goals and level objectives of the competition,and according to the characteristics of each project,set up the competition content for different levels of the competition,the competition process according to the different sports ability and interests of the students,the whole student is divided into 7 categories: publicity team,competition team,cheering team,volunteer team,referee team,photography team and small journalist team,in order to develop after-school sports competitions for all students,and finally put forward specific requirements for different student groups.Highlight the development of students’ core competencies.Research conclusions:1.The educational elements of after-school sports competitions are composed of 2 first-level indicators of physical education and mental education,6second-level indicators of health,cultivation,morality,strengthening the heart,intellectual and aesthetic training,and 36 third-level indicators.The mechanism of after-school sports competition is the result of the joint effect of extracorporeal education and internalization of education,and the education of after-school sports competition is spiraling up and advancing in the continuous interaction of externalization in practice and internalization in the heart,and finally achieving the realization of the goal of after-school sports competition education.2.Based on the problems existing in the competition resources,competition objectives,organizational structure,event system and rules and regulations of the after-school sports competition of Chaoyang Experimental Primary School,the after-school sports competition system is designed and improved under the guidance of the overall goal and stage goal of the competition for all students,and the after-school sports competition system is designed and improved for all students in segmentation and layered implementation,and the elements of education are integrated.3.The implementation plan design of Chaoyang Experimental Primary School after-school sports competition under the concept of "educating people by competition" integrates the objectives,competition content,competition process and competition evaluation of after-school sports competition,and integrates corresponding educational elements according to students’ different roles in the competition,highlighting the development of students’ core literacy. |
