The report of the 19 th National Congress pointed out that the quality of employment should be improved.Premier Li Keqiang proposed in the government work report that accelerating the development of modern vocational education is not only conducive to alleviating the current employment pressure,but also a strategic move to address the shortage of highly skilled talents.In the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,"Implementing the Strategy of Revitalizing the Country through Science and Education,Strengthening the Support of Talents in Modernization Construction" was discussed in detail,profound and complete,and the importance of vocational education and high skilled talent resources was further clarified.With the continuous strengthening of national efforts to cultivate vocational education students,there are more and more vocational education graduates who desire their own development and value realization,and have increasingly high requirements for the quality of employment.With the continuous upgrading of the industrial structure,there is an increasing demand for skilled personnel.Building an appropriate evaluation system for the employment quality of vocational education graduates and improving the employment quality of vocational education graduates follow the principles of performing social public functions and being responsible to the people,which is also the focus of this study.It can provide reference significance for improving the employment quality of vocational education graduates in China in the future.This article is divided into six parts.The first chapter is an introduction,which describes the research background and significance of this article,reviews relevant journals,books,master’s and doctoral theses,and proposes a research design plan.The second chapter defines relevant concepts,with secondary and tertiary school graduates as the main research subjects.Chapter 3 conducts a stata analysis based on CLDS data,and establishes a vocational education graduate employment quality evaluation system based on the principles of comprehensiveness,scientificity,simplicity,operability,data quantification,and personalization,with work conditions,work environment,labor relations,social security,and job satisfaction as primary indicators.The fourth chapter analyzes the differences among different regions,ages,gender,and educational background.Chapter 5 studies public policy practices at home and abroad to improve the employment quality of vocational education graduates.Based on the previous research,the sixth chapter puts forward four suggestions for improving the quality of employment.The research results show that the main indicators that affect the evaluation of the employment quality of vocational education graduates are working conditions(weight ratio 21%),working environment(weight ratio 7%),labor relations(weight ratio 13%),social security(weight ratio 56%),and job satisfaction(weight ratio 3%).The comprehensive score of each individual’s employment quality is obtained,The formula is: comprehensive score of individual employment quality of each worker=labor remuneration score of the worker * 0.0072+work time score * 0.0318+...+overall satisfaction evaluation * 0.0251.According to the analysis of differences,it can be seen that the employment quality of people in the eastern region,the occupational run-in period(aged between 23 and 27 years),women,and college graduates is better than those in other regions,age,gender,and educational background.Based on the above evaluation system and analysis,suggestions are proposed to improve the social security system,optimize the public employment service system,improve the quality of vocational education,and optimize the development channels for vocational education graduates. |
