Compensation management is an important part of enterprise human resource management and a critical path for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness.Its main functions include attracting more potential talents,motivating existing talents and maintaining team stability.Like all the domestic and private executive search companies in the industry,M executive search company should adjust the current salary plan to maintain the stability of the team and improve the overall competitiveness in the face of the high salary temptation of other multinational companies and the client enterprises of a party,to achieve win-win cooperation between the company and employees.As far as the present situation is concerned,M executive search company has a series of problems in the implementation of compensation management.Based on the theory of compensation management,using literature review,questionnaire survey,in-depth interviews,and other methods,the M executive search company compensation management situation analysis,summarizes the M headhunters in compensation management,based on fairness and justice,public,environmental protection,legal principle,the M executive search company compensation management scheme adjustment,and put forward the measure of security plan execution.This article consists of six different chapters.The first chapter introduces the topic background,topic ideas,main contents,research scope,and research methods,etc.,and salary and salary management are the basic components of the salary management system.The second chapter introduces the theoretical system of salary management and lays a theoretical foundation for the following point of view statement.The third chapter summarizes and studies the development status of M executive search company’s salary management,analyzes the results of the questionnaire and employee interview,and summarizes a series of problems in the salary management of M executive search company,laying a foundation for the later research practice.Chapter four,on the principles of fairness,fairness,openness,environmental protection,and legality,redesigns the compensation management scheme of M executive search company,including the design of the overall compensation structure,and makes a targeted design for the specific composition of the compensation of different ranks of project managers,consultants,and investigators.Chapter five puts forward the measures to ensure the effective implementation of the redesigned compensation management plan of M executive search company,including the establishment of a leading group,the establishment of a communication mechanism,the establishment of a performance appraisal system,and the guarantee of the corporate culture.Finally,the conclusion and prospect of this paper are drawn.
