Survey Research On The Characteristics Of Human Capital,Social Capital And Employability Reserve Of Postgraduates Majoring In Sports

"Promoting the realization of high-quality employment" is an important policy guidance for graduate employment in the new era.With the increasing enrollment of graduate students year by year,facing the limited employment opportunities,the problem of "employment difficulty" of sports professional graduate students is becoming increasingly serious.Human capital,social capital and employability reserve are the important factors affecting the employment of sports professional master’s research.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the characteristics of these three factors to solve the problem of "employment difficulty" of sports professional master’s graduate students.Based on literature research,this study analyzes the connotation and relevant theoretical basis of human capital,social capital and employability reserve,and analyzes the characteristics of human capital,social capital and employability reserve of sports professional postgraduate students through questionnaires and interviews.This study conducted a questionnaire survey on the master’s degree students majoring in sports.The survey adopted the Questionnaire on the Reserve of Human Capital,Social Capital and Employment Ability of Master’s Degree Students majoring in sports.The questionnaire divided the human capital of master’s degree students majoring in sports into four dimensions: learning ability,practical ability,innovation ability and adaptability,and divided their social capital into social capital scale,social capital structure There are four dimensions of social capital density and social capital heterogeneity.The employability reserve is divided into four dimensions: social communication ability reserve,task execution ability reserve,psychological adjustment ability reserve,and basic professional quality reserve.102 questionnaires were actually distributed and 102 were recovered,with a recovery rate of 100%.On the basis of the questionnaire,this study conducted in-depth interviews with 20 master’s degree students majoring in sports to understand the relationship between human capital,social capital and employability reserve of master’s degree students majoring in sports.The research conclusions are as follows:First,the reserve of human capital of master’s degree students majoring in sports shows the characteristics of practical ability,innovation ability,strong adaptability,and weak learning ability.At the same time,there are obvious differences among individuals in the reserve of human capital.Second,the social capital reserve of sports professional postgraduate students is greatly affected by the family environment and economic conditions,and the proportion of people with sufficient social capital reserve is small.Among them,there are large individual differences in the scale of social capital,social capital structure,and social capital density,but the differences in the heterogeneity of social capital are not obvious.Thirdly,the reserve of the employability of the master’s degree students majoring in sports is generally good,among which the level of social communication ability,task execution ability and psychological adjustment ability is relatively high,and the reserve of basic professional quality is relatively weak.Fourth,the human capital reserve and social capital reserve of sports professional postgraduate students have the relationship of mutual transformation and mutual supplement in the process of practice;Human capital reserve and social capital reserve are the important basis of employability reserve;The process of employability reserve can promote individuals to reflect on the reserve of human capital and social capital,and promote individuals to purposefully strengthen the reserve of human capital and social capital in practice.In view of the research conclusion,this study puts forward the following suggestions:strengthen the reserve of employability of sports professional graduate students by strengthening the professionalism of human capital;Strengthen the reserve of employability of sports professional postgraduate students by expanding the social capital network and structure;Strengthen the tracking and comparative research on the employability reserve of sports professional postgraduate students.
