Investigation And Research On The Construction Of High-level Women’s Basketball Teams In Beijing

In April 1987,the former State Education Commission issued the Notice on the Trial Enrollment of high-level Athletes in some colleges and Universities,which started the pioneer of high-level sports teams in Chinese colleges and universities.Over the past 40 years,the high-level sports teams in colleges and universities have not only trained a large number of outstanding talents for our competitive sports,but also played an active role in promoting the development of college sports.In 2020,the General Administration of Sport and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education and Promoting the Healthy Development of Young People.Beijing,as the capital of China,has unique advantages in educational resources and should actively respond to national policies.At present,there are 6 high-level women’s basketball teams in Beijing,which play an exemplary and leading role in the whole country from the perspective of their development and construction level.This paper takes the construction of high-level women’s basketball sports teams in Beijing colleges and universities as the research object,and investigates the construction status of the existing 6 high-level women’s basketball sports teams in Beijing colleges and universities,aiming at providing theoretical and practical reference for the construction of high-level women’s basketball teams in national colleges and universities.In this paper,literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,field study method,case analysis,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.The quality of students is generally high,and the effect of Beijing and famous universities attracts outstanding talents.2.Academic and training conflicts mainly come from athletes’ weak learning foundation and time conflicts.Most coaches will make concessions in the off-season when it comes to time conflicts,and the coaches of Renmin University of China especially support their players to focus on their studies.3.The employment of athletes will be helped by the school and the team,but they still have certain pressure under the current situation.After graduation,most of them are engaged in occupations related to sports and basketball,followed by occupations related to non-sports majors.4.The coaches are mainly teachers of our school.All of them have bachelor degree or above,coach certificate and high level of sports experience.Each team training arrangement is more reasonable,scientific level is higher.5.The main sources of funds include: special funds in the school,superior funds outside the school,cooperation between enterprises and institutions outside the school,self-raised funds within the team and sponsorship from all walks of life.The funds of each school can guarantee the normal operation of the team.6.All teams have medical and psychological security,and Tsinghua University and Beijing Normal University have better medical security.Most women basketball players are generally satisfied with their living environment.7.In terms of competition,although there are 4 places for Beijing to enter the Northeast Division every year(a total of 12 teams),Tsinghua University,Peking University and Beijing Normal University have entered the national Top Four for many times in recent years,and the overall sports level of the teams is high,so there are few opportunities for the other three teams,and the competition system needs to be improved.
