| Objective:Centrifugal overload training is a better strength training method,which has a better training effect on promoting strength development and neuromuscular adaptability.There are few studies on the influence of centrifugal overload training on the maximum strength of college students.This paper intends to compare the training effect of centrifugal overload training and fixed load centripetal training in developing the maximum strength of the lower limbs.To analyze the application methods and characteristics of centrifugal overload training in the development of maximum limb strength in athletes.Enrich the means of strength training,and provide experiments and data reference for coaches in the development of the maximum strength of athletes.Methods:This paper uses literature data method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method.Twenty college students from Capital Institute of Physical Education were randomly divided into centrifugal overload training group(n=10,age 23.72 ± 0.87 years,height 178.89±5.37 cm,weight 76.97±9.14 kg,training years of 4.26 ± 1.77 years)and fixed load centripetal training group(n=10,age 22.10 ± 2.00 years,height178.30±3.63 cm,weight 74.55±7.97 kg,training years of 4.63 ± 0.95 years).The load was110% 1 RM and 90% 1 RM in the group and 90% 1 RM.Training was for 4 weeks,twice a week.Participants were collected before and after the experiment: 1 RM value of squat;1EMG value of biceps during RM squat,i EMG value of rectus femoris,i EMG value of lateral vastus muscle,i EMG value of medial femur;longitudinal jump height;wattbike power bicycle 10 s full riding peak power;and thigh dimension.All the data collected were used for statistical analysis using the SPSS27.0 software.The difference test between the centrifugal overload training group and the fixed load centripetal training group was significant using the paired samples t-test at P <0.05 and at P <0.05.Results:1.The weight of the 1 RM squat before the intervention showed positive growth after the intervention,with a very significant difference between the groups(p <0.01);there was no significant difference between the two groups(p> 0.05),and the growth rate of 1 RM squat weight was 9.92%> 1.92%.The 1 RM squat weight growth rate in the fixed load centripetal training group was 7.9%.2.The i EMG value of the main muscle group of the centrifugal overload training group showed negative growth after the intervention compared with that before the intervention.In the biceps,the lateralis,and the medial femoral muscle(p <0.01),and in the group(p <0.05).Compared with the intervention,the group showed positive growth in i EMG value,i EMG value of rectus muscle and i EMG value of medial muscle,and the i EMG value of biceps muscle showed negative growth.For the biceps,lateralis,rectus and medial muscles(p <0.01);there was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).Growth rate-14.34%> the i EMG value growth rate-93.30%,27.40%> Growth rate of the i EMG value in the centrifugal overload training group-67.52%,and the growth rate of the i EMG value is 106.62% in the centrifugal overload training group.The growth rate of i EMG value of rectus muscle was-69.84%,and the growth rate of i EMG value of fixed load was 35.74%.The growth rate of i EMG value of centrifugal training group was-58.85%.3.The longitudinal jump height in the training group and the fixed load eccentric training group showed positive growth after the intervention,and there was a significant difference in the group comparison(p <0.01);there was no significant difference between the two groups(p> 0.05),and the growth rate in the centrifugal overload training group was 8.04%> the growth rate of longitudinal jump height in the fixed load eccentric training group was 7.74%.4.The peak power of centrifugal overload training group and the fixed load centripetal training group showed positive growth compared with the intervention at 10 s,and there was a significant difference within the group(p <0.01);there was no significant difference between the two groups(p> 0.05),and the growth rate of wattbike power bike at10s> 11.00%.The peak power growth rate of wattbike power bike at 10 s was 6.57%.5.Both the centrifugal overload training group and the fixed load centripetal training group showed positive growth after the intervention,very significant difference in the centrifugal overload training group(p <0.01),there was no significant difference in the fixed load centripetal training group(p> 0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups(p> 0.05),the growth rate of thigh dimension was 1.61%> by 1.13%.Conclusion:1.Centrifugal overload training and fixed load centrality training were significantly improved in squat 1 RM,longitudinal jump height,wattbike power bicycle 10 s full cycling peak power and thigh dimension,etc.The growth rate of each indicator after centrifugal overload training was better than that of fixed load centripetal training.2.The sensitivity of biceps femoris in centrifugal overload training is better than that of fixed load centripetal training,and centrifugal overload training has obvious effect on the development of biceps muscle strength.3.Centrifugal overload training and fixed load centripetal training can be used as one of the important means to develop the maximum strength of athletes’ lower limbs,and coaches can selectively reference according to the actual training conditions and other factors. |
