"Talents who possess both ability and integrity," To respond to the fundamental task of our country’s education in the new era of "establishing morality and cultivating talent,"we must solve the historical problem of putting it into practice in the process of school physical education.The goal of this research is to combine the teaching content of our High School Aerobics module.Use TPSR teaching thought model to design and implement the process.This paper describes TPSR mode in our high school aerobics curriculum from two aspects of students’ personal and social responsibility and aerobics skills.In this paper,through literature review TPSR teaching mode research status and trends select PSRQ as the experimental object personal and social responsibility questionnaire,with the help of Nvivo software,the author carries out a qualitative research on the factors influencing the design and application of TPSR mode in the aerobics class of senior high school.By using the mathematical statistics method to explore the level of responsibility in two classes,this paper uses the 12-week single-blind intervention experiment to test the effect of TPSR teaching mode on the moral quality and aerobics skills of the sophomores.After a 12-week teaching experiment,by comparing the teaching effects of the control class and the experimental class,the conclusions are as follows:1)through the theoretical analysis of TPSR teaching model and calisthenics teaching in senior high school under the background of "Li de shu people",the educational idea,method system and implementation framework of TPSR model accord with the implementation idea of calisthenics course in Senior High School of our country.4)The students have a higher acceptance of TPSR model.The understanding of responsibility level,the granting of rights,the harmonious coexistence between teachers and students,and the change of roles all lead to the improvement of the individual and social responsibility dimensions in the experimental class compared with the control class.The aerobics skills are higher than the control class in terms of arrangement ability,cooperation ability,action correctness,and the total score of aerobics.
