Research On Intelligent Operation Of Beijing Double Olympic Venues

With the deepening of the new generation of information technology revolution,the integration of digital economy and real economy gradually emerged.As an important means of the integration of the new generation of information technology and the sports industry,the intelligent operation of sports venues plays an important role in improving the operation capacity of venues,meeting the diversified and personalized sports consumption demands of consumers,and promoting the supply-side reform in the field of sports.Beijing is the only city in the world that has hosted both the Summer and Winter Olympics.The city’s five stadiums have also become high-profile venues for the Olympic Games.As the forerunner of intelligent operation of stadiums and gymnasiums in China,the research on intelligent operation of gymnasiums and gymnasiums for the Beijing Double Olympic Games is helpful to summarize the application methods of new scientific and technological achievements in the field of stadium operation,optimize the traditional operation mode of stadiums and gymnasiums,and properly solve the problem of utilization of post-Olympic venues.The intelligent operation of Beijing Olympic venues is studied by the methods of literature,expert interview,field investigation and case analysis.Firstly,a comprehensive summary of the current situation of intelligent operation of the twin Olympic venues,secondly,an objective analysis of the main problems existing in the intelligent operation of the twin Olympic venues,and finally combined with the on-the-spot interviews and expert suggestions to put forward the intelligent operation of the twin Olympic venues countermeasures.The research results show that the intelligent operation of Beijing Olympic venues mainly focuses on four fields: spectator service,event broadcasting,competition facilities and security.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The intelligent operation of Beijing Olympic venues effectively improves the operation efficiency and service quality of the venues.Audiences,media,athletes,event organizers and other stakeholders rely on modern information technology to achieve connectivity,and the service level of venues presents a qualitative improvement.(2)The ideas and means of intelligent operation of the venues for the Olympic Games are homogeneous.There is no effective linkage mechanism between different venues or between venues and cities,and problems such as ethical risks in intelligent operation of the venues for the Olympic Games need to be solved.(3)In the post-Winter Olympics era,a reasonable development system should be built in the field of intelligent operation of the Olympic venues,and the investment in science and technology should be continuously increased to ease the difficulties of utilization after the games by intelligent operation.Based on the research,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Continue to increase policy support for smart operation to help the smart operation and sustainable development of the Twin Olympic Venues.(2)Strengthen the overall relationship between the two Olympic venues and the smart operation of the venues and the construction of a smart Beijing.We will form a region-wide pattern of interconnected development and enable the transformation of smart cities.(3)Pay attention to the cultivation of intelligent operation professionals,and improve the breadth and depth of the intelligent operation of the Olympic venues.
