Labor education curriculum is a practical education activity that must be carried out in universities,primary and secondary schools,and it is an important carrier to implement the connotation requirements of labor education.Labor education course plays a key role for students to improve hands-on skills,cultivate labor innovation ability,enrich labor practice experience and cultivate good labor quality.In order to assist ordinary high schools to improve the ability of labor education curriculum resource integration,overcome the obstacles of labor education curriculum development and implementation,and break through the bottleneck of labor education curriculum development,we need to deepen the theoretical cognition of labor education curriculum development,establish and improve the process path of high school labor education curriculum development.This study mainly uses SWOT analysis,case study and other research methods,using the research idea of "why —— is how —— is like——how about".first,Is it the "why" part,To clarify the necessity of the curriculum development of labor education,Especially in the face of the heavy academic burden in the high school stage,It is of great significance to develop and implement the labor education curriculum of ordinary senior high schools;next,Is the "what" part,Explain the relevant overview of the labor education curriculum,Using the literature method to distinguish and define the labor education,labor education curriculum and labor education curriculum development of three confusing concepts;once more,Is the "How" section,The process of curriculum development of labor education is expounded,With the clear policy and realistic background of labor education curriculum development,To determine the theoretical basis for curriculum development,Assessment of the school’s resources and needs,To determine the process of labor education curriculum development is the team formation,demand investigation,target determination,selected content,activity implementation,effect evaluation and other six steps;last,Is it the "what-like" part,Evaluation of the curriculum development effect of labor education curriculum,It mainly refers to the comprehensive evaluation of CIPP model evaluation,curriculum development and implementation subject,In order to provide case support and reference for the development of labor education curriculum in primary and secondary schools.Based on the problem orientation of how to develop the labor education curriculum in ordinary high school according to the school conditions,The research obtains the following conclusions: First,the curriculum target design should be based on the policy requirements,fit the law of students’ development and coordinate the reality of the school,The existing problem is to emphasize the target diversity but ignore the observation indicators;Second,the selection of course content should follow the principles of being close to students ’life,caring for students’ existing experience and benefit to achieve course objectives,Existing problems are to pay attention to the rich content but the lack of discipline integration;Third,the implementation of the course should be clear implementation steps,the establishment of the guarantee system and the creation of an appropriate plan,There are shackles to highlight the security guarantee but the lack of guidance;Fourth,the implementation effect should be clear evaluation subject,process and results,There are obstacles to improve labor quality but urgently need to produce results.Summarize the experience and reflection of curriculum development,including the collective review method of Shiwab,highlighting the students’ labor interest and participation,promoting the cooperative implementation mechanism of school and combining the difficult problems,and the balance of funds.
