It is proposed in biology Curriculum Standards for General Senior High Schools(2017 edition,2020 Revision)that students’ learning and development should be promoted by evaluation.The educational evaluation system includes a wide range,and classroom evaluation is one part of it,which plays an important role in the educational evaluation system.In biology class of middle school,biology teacher is the main implementer of classroom evaluation.In order to evaluate students’ behavior accurately,it is often achieved through classroom immediate evaluation.In order to promote the development of students,it is necessary to improve the classroom evaluation ability of middle school biology teachers.The current related research about classroom instant evaluation gradually become a hot,but lack of high school biology teachers’ classroom instant evaluation ability of related evaluation system,so this study with instant classroom evaluation as the theme,building high school biology teachers’ classroom instant appraisal ability evaluation index,rich classroom evaluation system,promote the common development of teachers and students.In this study,the evaluation indexes of middle school biology teachers’ classroom instant evaluation ability mainly adopt literature method,interview method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process.Firstly,by using the literature method,the concepts related to "instant classroom evaluation" in the literature are coded hierarchically,and the preliminary construction results of evaluation indicators of instant classroom evaluation ability of middle school biology teachers are obtained.Secondly,the interview method was adopted to select 10 middle school science teachers with more than five years of teaching experience to interview,and integrate and encode the emerging indicators to further improve the construction results of evaluation indicators.Again using the Delphi method,in order to make the high school biology teacher’s classroom instant evaluation ability evaluation index is more scientific,Delphi technique questionnaire distributed to 14 experts,selection of arithmetic mean,standard deviation and coefficient of variation,the full mark rate of these four values for data collection,finally build up the high school biology teachers’ classroom instant appraisal ability evaluation indexes,The evaluation index system includes 1 first-level index,6second-level indexes and 22 third-level indexes.Finally,ahp is used to determine the relative importance of all indicators in the evaluation index system of middle school biology teachers’ classroom real-time evaluation ability.Finally,based on the evaluation index of middle school biology teachers’ classroom immediate evaluation ability,three evaluators were selected to conduct a practical study on the classroom of six middle school biology teachers.The research shows that the evaluation index of middle school biology teachers’ classroom instant evaluation ability has good reliability and validity.The analysis results show that the teachers’ classroom instant evaluation ability performs well in the evaluation object,evaluation principle,evaluation opportunity and other aspects.Some teachers need to improve the evaluation content,evaluation language,evaluation method and other aspects,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to promote the improvement of biology teachers’ classroom evaluation ability. |
