Research On The Evolution Of The Rules Of Cheerleading

This article mainly compares the recent three versions of cheerleading competition rules after the comparison with international standards,the 2014 version of the cheerleading competition rules,the 2017-2020 cycle cheerleading competition rules,and 2021 Edition cheerleading rules and domestic rules and domestic rules Evolution,find out the changes in the rules of the domestic and international versions of cheerleading competitions and the development trend of the La La Rubing Rules in my country after integrating with international rules,and propose the strategy of the development of gallery in my country in combination with the actual situation.This article mainly uses the literature and data method,text analysis method,comparative method,logical analysis method,and expert interview method to compare the project settings,difficulty classification changes,and scoring status of international and domestic cheerleading competition rules.Through research,it is found that(1)in the last three editions of cheerleading competition rules,the types of competition project settings have gradually increased;(2)the difficulty of technique in the competition rules has continued to increase,and the relevant safety regulations formulated are also continuously refined.The number of people and their positions,the number of people picking up,the release of the tips,and the next law have made more detailed requirements;(3)from the perspective of the content of the scoring,the scoring items of the referee of the skills are mainly concentrated in the scoring of difficult techniques,especially the support and the pyramid part;(4)from the perspective of reduction content,the rules of the first two editions are mainly reduced from time and some skills(tossing and support).The 2021 version adds the deduction surface and deduction content.The difficulty and overall impression are scored,and the reduction of the points is becoming more and more comprehensive,and the time to control the complete movement is getting stricter and stricter.According to the results of the research,the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed:(1)continue to keep international rules coexisting with domestic rules to improve and popularize the common development.While studying international rules,it continues to develop cheerleader projects with Chinese characteristics according to my country’s national conditions;(2)cultivate specialized cheerleaders,or try to excavate talents from other projects(such as acrobatics).At the same time,the athletes should strengthen their core strength,upper and lower limbs,ankle joint power,flexibility,and balance such as upper and lower limb explosive power,upper and lower limb explosive power,and the difficulty of balance during the rotation of the pyramid.In the selection of dance la lawors,the corresponding material selection can also be carried out according to different dance styles;(3)when the coaches are arranged,they must create practical and ornamental sets in accordance with the ability of the team members and the requirements of the competition rules to obtain a higher score;(4)the referees should further improve their theoretical knowledge and practical level,be proficient in international and domestic rules,and make impartial judgment according to the requirements of the rules.
