Research On The Political Quality Improvement Of Teachers Of Ideological And Political Theory Course In The New Era

On 18 March 2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping had raised “ six requirements” for teachers of ideological and political theory course in the school ideological and political theory teachers’ symposium.In response to politically strong which ranks the first among six requirements,he said that we should arrange for people of faith to interpret the belief,be good at thinking from the political and remain political awareness in front of major issues.Politically strong is the image generalization of superior political quality for the ideological and political theory course teachers in the new era.In order to achieve politically strong of the ideological and political theory course teachers,education authorities and schools at all levels have strictly implemented the spirit of the symposium,gradually completed operational training and supervision and evaluation mechanism about the ideological and political theory teachers.All these have created a good external environment for the improvement of the ideological and political theory teachers’ political quality.Most of the ideological and political theory teachers have improved the political quality greatly,teaching quality and level obviously,and enriched the teaching method,which improved teaching effect constantly.As a result,the ideological and political theory course teachers need to respond the development needs of era,educational enterprise and the ideological and political theory course.The ideological and political theory course teachers should improve themselves’ political quality from the political stand,political conviction and political thinking in order to improve their comprehensive quality and cultivate qualified future builders of the motherland.The ideological and political theory course teachers should firm stand on party spirit and human position,remain political awareness in front of major issues,strengthen our confidence in the socialism with Chinese characteristics,practice core socialist values and arrange for people of faith to interpret the belief.The ideological and political theory course teachers should also conscientiously study the basic theoretical knowledge of Marxism,constantly consolidate the basic theoretical knowledge of Sinicized Marxism and conscientiously cultivate political feelings,broaden political horizons and observe political discipline.The ideological and political theory course teachers should increase their enthusiasm for political participation,enrich their experience of political participation and put the improvement of political quality into practice.
