The Application Of Distance Education Resources In Teachers’ Professional Development

In the context of the information age in recent years,how to use network information resources to promote the professional development of teachers has received extensive attention from all walks of life.In recent years,my country has carried out modern distance education projects in primary and secondary schools in various places,which provides a research breakthrough for promoting the professional growth of primary school teachers..By exploring how distance education resources play a role in the professional growth of primary school teachers,it is expected to provide reference for promoting the professional growth of teachers in my country in the future.Based on the realization of the professional growth of primary school teachers,based on the principle of giving full play to the application benefits of distance education resources,this paper illustrates the feasibility of the research,and summarizes the related achievements of distance education resources and teachers’ professional growth at home and abroad from a theoretical level.Provide theoretical basis,and form a system for the professional development of distance education resources and teachers.Through the investigation and analysis of several primary schools in a certain place,to understand the current situation of the application of distance education resources to promote the professional development of teachers,it points out the existing problems in the professional development of primary school teachers in the current stage,mainly including the lack of theoretical knowledge of knowledge skills and advanced information technology,There is a lack of external support for continuing education and learning,a lack of effective post-employment education,and a lack of professional development.For these problems,we can promote teachers’ professional development through school-based training,form a learning community to build a road for teachers’ professional development,establish a teacher’s learning support system,summarize and reflect to promote teachers’ professional growth,and truly use distance education resources to promote the professional development of primary school teachers.
