| With the advent of the popularization era,the development of higher education in China has entered a new stage.In the new era,the Party and the state have put forward the development goal of building a strong education country in 2035.In order to better achieve this goal,the state promulgated the Overall Plan for Deepening the Education Evaluation Reform in the New Era(hereinafter referred to as the Overall Plan for Evaluation Reform).The promulgation of this document marks a new trend of educational evaluation.It once again emphasizes the evaluation standard of normal colleges,takes normal education as the main responsibility of normal colleges,and takes whether to train a qualified teacher as the main measurement standard.This requirement further clarifies the direction of the direction of running schools and major adjustment.However,there are a series of problems urgently to be solved in the current normal colleges.Under the background of the new era,the research on the adjustment of local normal majors is of great practical significance for enhancing the characteristic development of normal majors in local normal universities.This research in the new era of education evaluation reform as the research background,to our local normal university as the research object,a total of 16 schools as sample universities,flexible use of text analysis,literature research,data analysis and other basic research methods,the selected sample of universities undergraduate majors in 2021.The main contents of the survey include: the number of disciplines set by local normal universities,the overall number of majors,the number of majors set by disciplines,the number of normal majors,concurrent majors and non-normal majors,which is an in-depth analysis in the paper.The study found that local normal universities in China have the following problems in the setting of undergraduate majors: first,they cover a wide range of majors;second,too large,the number of majors in engineering,science and art,the number of pedagogy majors is small;third,the number of normal majors is small and the proportion is low.The reasons for the above problems are caused by the influence of the comprehensive wave,the second is the one-sided pursuit of school-running income,the third is the weakening of the normal professional status.Based on the theory of public goods,the theory of transformation and development,the theory of internal and external relationship of education. |
