| Long-distance running is a sport dominated by physical ability,which requires athletes to have strong physical reserve and aerobic metabolism ability,so as to ensure that athletes can achieve ideal results.Wang Congzheng’s achievements in many long-distance races depend on the scientific and reasonable training plan arrangement,especially in the 20 th China University Athletics Championships,where the short-cycle training plan arrangement method is the most representative and has achieved ideal results.This training method has important research value and innovative significance in the application of the same type of college competitions.Therefore,the main factors to improve the performance of long-distance runners are to scientifically arrange the exercise load in a short period,select the most effective training methods and means,strengthen the scientific division of athletes’ training stages and adopt the effective time of altitude training.The cooperation of the training team and the hard training of the athletes are the basis for achieving excellent results.By using the methods of literature review,case analysis,interview,observation and mathematical statistics,this paper takes Wang Congzheng,a long-distance runner in Sports Training Department of Physical Education College of Shanxi Normal University,as the research object,and analyzes his successful cases in the 20 th China University Athletics Championships.In order to scientifically and correctly analyze the training characteristics of the short-period arrangement of altitude training before participating in the competition,this study analyzes the training methods,training means,training tasks and training contents,as well as the arrangement of training load measurement and physical function monitoring of Wang Congzheng,a male long-distance runner in colleges and universities.Cooperate with coaches to sort out and analyze the data obtained from pre-competition altitude training,so as to provide an effective way for them to improve their sports performance in the future training process and provide reference for the training of male long-distance runners in colleges and universities.Through the analysis of Wang Congzheng’s 16-week pre-competition training plan and overall monitoring arrangement,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Wang Congzheng’s pre-competition training stage in the 20 th China University Athletics Championships is divided into five stages,namely pre-competition plain preparation stage(3 weeks),pre-competition plateau adaptation stage(1 week),pre-competition plateau "acclimatization" stage(3 weeks),pre-competition plateau training "flattening" stage(2weeks)and pre-competition intensive training stage(7 weeks).(2)The training content of pre-competition altitude training in a small cycle is formulated around improving athletes’ special ability.The training methods and means mainly used by the players are basically the same as those described in theory,but the combination of "two-pole" training theory and core strength training with "tower" training has never appeared in domestic literature.(3)The training methods and means adopted by the players in the training stage of "core strength" and "tower strength" in a small cycle are basically fixed,but the measurement of strength load is in a dynamic change with increasing strength as the competition approaches.The choice of means is closer to the requirements of sports anatomy,sports physiology and technical training.(4)Pre-competition training arrangement is divided into small-cycle stages and traditional ones,which have obvious characteristics.The training arrangement of the two stages of "two poles" training and plateau training is different from the traditional training theory.The effective combination of the two is a very important support for athletes to achieve better results.(5)Through the analysis of Wang Congzheng’s pre-competition altitude training small cycle arrangement,it is concluded that the training cycle length should be reasonably adjusted according to the athletes’ own actual situation during the small cycle arrangement process;Handle the time arrangement between athletes’ study and training reasonably,and ensure that they devote themselves to training;Improve the diversification of training methods,and scientifically and effectively strengthen special sports achievements;Strictly manage athletes’ nutrition intake during training,and ensure the scientific improvement and optimization of nutrition supply. |
