| Labor education,as a part of the new China five education simultaneously education policy,its important role by educators,especially the Marxist educators is constantly demonstrated,constantly stressed.The social practice of labor education is constantly unfolding in both socialist and capitalist countries.After the reform and opening-up,the practical scale of labor education has been continuously expanding and deepening.The historical background of the new era puts forward new tasks and new requirements for the further development of labor education in our country.In order to realize the new leap and new realm of labor education in the new historical period,we must accurately understand the basic essence of labor education,deeply explore the concept and function of labor education,deepen the understanding of the unique educational value of labor education,and change the existing state of labor education is weakened and empty.Under the background of the rapid development of productive forces,labor education can play an increasingly important role.We must learn from the outstanding achievements of the development of labor education in China and abroad,deepen the theoretical research of labor education,and constantly promote the construction of the implementation mechanism of labor education in the new era.Based on Marxist education theory,this paper sorts out the literature about labor education research so far,reviews the current situation of the implementation of labor education in China,analyzes the problems and causes of labor education at this stage,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,which is intended to play a certain reference role in the implementation of labor education.This article has five chapters.The first chapter is introduction,which expounds the research background,research significance,research content,research methods and domestic and foreign literature review.The second chapter systematically introduces the ideological basis of labor education and the definition of related concepts.First of all,from the perspective of the history of the development of labor education in China and the West are introduced,focusing on China’s traditional labor thought,modern Western labor education thought,Marxist classic labor education thought,China’s Marxist labor education thought four parts.Second is the definition of labor education and its related concepts and the analysis of the functions and basic elements of labor education,focusing on the analysis of the related concepts of labor education.Thirdly,it analyzes the problems in the implementation of labor education after the reform and opening up from the perspective of the main body,intermediary and effectiveness of labor education.The fourth chapter analyzes the practical path of labor education at the present stage.The principles of analyzing the practical path of labor education in this paper are as follows:First,put practicality first.No matter the evaluation or supervision system of labor education,operability and implementation effect should be the first standard.Secondly,it is also derived from the first point of view,that is,the quantitative assessment standard.The results of labor education must exist in a quantifiable form,so that its practicality can be guaranteed.Third,the achievements of labor education should be evaluated in two forms:theoretical investigation and practical experience,which is the basic condition for labor education to enter the practical state.Compared with the existing literature,this article from the Chinese and foreign labor education thought,especially the Marxism labor education thought history,has comprehensively analyzed the labor education thought historical origin and its development tendency inevitability,has analyzed the labor education question and its reason,and has proposed the quite concrete suggestion to our country labor education implementation path under the new time background. |
