Abstract/Summary:
Since the beginning of the 21st century,with the rapid economic development and continuous social progress,people’s quality of life has improved significantly,and the importance attached to the disabled at home and abroad has been increasingly strengthened.The disabled group has gradually moved from the initial isolation and isolation to social integration.Integrated education is the core content of the modern concept of disability.It is the main way for people with disabilities to participate equally in social life,realize their self-worth and share the fruits of social and economic development.As a vulnerable group,disabled people have not received adequate care from society,especially the social integration of disabled people.Part of this marginalized group is special children,who grow up not only from physical disabilities,but also suffer from psychological and mental torture due to the exclusion and alienation of other social groups.Most special children are vulnerable in an environment that lacks support,which increases their sense of inferiority and vulnerability,reduces their access to education,and makes it more difficult for special children to adapt to school.This study takes special children in special education schools in Y County,Shandong Province as the service object,with the help of qualitative research methods,participatory observation methods and semi-structured interview methods as the main data collection methods,supported by social learning theory and group motivation theory,and aims to improve the adaptability of special children in schools.The children’s school adaptability improvement growth group intervenes in the improvement of school adaptability of special children.Study to understand the current situation of the school’s special children’s school adaptation from four aspects:interpersonal relationship adaptation,academic adaptation,behavioral habit adaptation and psychological adaptation,and analyze the reasons for this situation.At the same time,based on demand analysis,we will formulate an intervention plan for the service object and implement a feasible group work process.Through the evaluation of the effectiveness of project services,it is found that the group work has a significant effect on improving the interpersonal ability,self-confidence and emotional management ability of special children.The results of this study help to improve the service capacity of social work in the adaptation of special children’s schools,and provide reflection on the intervention method of group work.Finally,refine and summarize practical experience and technology,and reflect on the shortcomings.This study selects a group of special children as the research object,aiming to help improve their school adaptation ability through group work,promote their better integration into the learning environment,and ensure their healthy growth and development.At the same time,this study aims to provide practical experience and ideas for the practical development of social work.Through the results of this study,we can better enhance the service ability of social work in school adaptation for special children,and deeply reflect on the intervention methods of group work.Ultimately,we hope that this study can provide theoretical basis for the innovation and improvement of school social work service models.
