Construction Of Leadership Behavior Structure Dimensions Of "Three Big-Ball Sports" Coaches In Colleges And Universities

The three dimensions of "local leadership behavior" of Chinese coaches: the construction of "local leadership behavior" has three characteristics of "local leadership behavior" theory.Research object: Taking the high-level "three big-ball sports" coaches in Colleges and universities in Xi’an as the sample source,taking the construction of the leadership behavior structure dimension of "three big-ball sports" coaches in Colleges and universities in Xi’an as the research object,starting from the leadership wisdom in the traditional leadership thought of Confucianism,Legalism,Taoism and strategists in Chinese traditional leadership thought,combined with the analysis results of expert interview data based on grounded theory,Further explore how to construct the leadership behavior of "three big-ball sports" coaches in Colleges and universities in Xi’an.Research methods:literature,expert interview,grounded theory and logical analysis.Main research conclusions:1.The structural dimension of "three big-ball sports" coaches’ leadership behavior in Colleges and universities in Xi’an is the characteristics of coaches’ leadership behavior in football,basketball and volleyball.It is to measure and compare the basic characteristics of coaches’ leadership behavior in different situations.2.Based on the analysis of grounded theory,this study obtains four structural dimensions of "three big-ball sports" coaches’ leadership behavior: harmonious atmosphere,strict system,leadership art and leadership decision-making.(1)Harmonious atmosphere is the structural dimension of leadership behavior of "three big-ball sports" coaches in their daily life when they manage and guide athletes.The structural dimension of harmonious atmosphere is the basis of constructing the leadership behavior of "three big-ball sports" coaches in Colleges and universities in Xi’an.If the team wants to form a harmonious atmosphere,coaches need to learn the concept of "harmony is precious" advocated by Confucianism.The "three big-ball sports" coaches in Colleges and universities in Xi’an need to pay attention to their own ideological and moral construction and personality charm.At the same time,they also need to take appropriate methods in dealing with interpersonal relationships within the team.(2)The strict institutional structure dimension is the leadership behavior structure dimension of the "three big-ball sports" coaches in the daily management of the team.The strict institutional structure dimension is the guarantee for the construction of the leadership behavior of the "three big-ball sports" coaches in Colleges and universities in Xi’an.The formulation of rules and regulations in the "three big-ball sports" sports team of colleges and universities in Xi’an should follow the reality.Coaches can’t do whatever they want after they have power.Coaches need to understand that water can carry a boat,but also overturn it.Power influence and non power influence should cooperate and complement each other,and never be strict with athletes.(3)Leadership art is the structural dimension of leadership behavior that coaches have when managing and guiding athletes in training and competition.The structural dimension of leadership art is the foundation of constructing the leadership behavior of "three big-ball sports" coaches in Colleges and universities in Xi’an.The leadership art of "governing by inaction" of Taoism is based on the fact that coaches need to understand the wonderful function of "Inaction".When coaches lead the sports team,what should be abandoned,inherited,developed and how to develop in the Taoist concept of "inaction and governance" depends on the actual needs of coaches’ leadership.When grasping the boundary of "Inaction",coaches must,according to the experience accumulated when they actually lead the sports team,know under what conditions they should do something,under what conditions they should do nothing,and how to grasp the sense of discretion between action and inaction.They must not inherit the leadership art of "governing without action" in a dogmatic way.(4)Leadership decision-making is the structural dimension of the characteristics of coaches in making decisions on many matters of the team.The structural dimension of leadership decision-making is the core of constructing the "three big-ball sports" coaches’ leadership behavior in Colleges and universities in Xi’an.A series of decision-making theories put forward by strategists are only empirical decision-making because of their historical and war limitations.Coaches should organically combine modern decision-making theory and technology with traditional decision-making principles and theories.
