Research On XH Talents Group Development Strategy

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party and government have attached great importance to the development of talent service industry.General Secretary,Xi Jinping,has made many speeches at various important conferences,putting forward higher requirements on talent service industry.Compared with developed countries,China’s talent industry has a broader space for development.It is an important subject worthy of study that taking the opportunity to scientifically make a set of enterprise development strategy grasps the initiative in international competition.XH Talent Industry Group is the first enterprise in XH district specializing in training,flexible employment,industry incubation,talent projects introduction and cultivation.As it is in the initial stage of development,the establishment of a set of development strategy suitable for the company is quite important.Taking XH Talent Industry Group as study subject,this paper introduces its current development status and analyzes its existing problems and causes.PEST analysis is applied in analyzing company’s external and internal environment,while Porter Five Force Model is used to analyze its competitive environment and SWOT analysis is used to analyze its advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats under the premise of comprehensive analysis.Based on the above analysis,the company made its strategic objectives,principles,positioning and its overall development strategy.Therefore,the company made a conclusion that it should take integrated and diversified development as strategic focus,put market,products,investment and finance as its business fields,and took into consideration strategy supporting measures from aspects of organization,personnel,funds and risk control.At the same time,the enterprise development strategy plan put forward through the study of XH talent industry group can provide help to talent industry companies in improving their strategy making efficiency and management skills,so as to serve better to economic and social development.
