The phenomenon of weariness is widespread in all kinds of schools in China.Weariness has become a highly concerned problem in China’s educational circle,and the problem of weariness in junior high school is particularly serious.The phenomenon of weariness of junior high school students seriously affects the implementation of quality education in Our country,seriously affects the physical and mental health development of junior high school students,to the society,schools,teachers,parents have a bad impact.Therefore,the study of junior high school weariness phenomenon reduce the rate of junior high school weariness,is conducive to the physical and mental health development of junior high school students,conducive to teachers’ education and teaching management,conducive to the improvement of school education quality.This study hopes to understand the current situation and problems of junior high school students’ weariness by investigating the situation of the researcher’s school,find the reasons of junior high school students’ weariness,and explore countermeasures to transform junior high school students’ weariness.This research adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,and takes CN School of Huan Tai County,Zibo city as the investigation object.Through the questionnaire survey and interview,we found that Huantai CN school junior high school students are serious weariness.Through further group difference analysis,found that the middle school students have the following characteristics: the level of boys weariness than girls;Weariness has no obvious grade difference;The more excellent results,the more serious weariness;The higher the mother’s education,the higher the child’s weariness level;The level of weariness of non-only children is higher than that of only children;Mobile phones,tablets and other electronic products on the impact of weariness increased.Based on relevant research,combined with interviews with teachers and students who are tired of learning,this study found that the main factors affecting students’ weariness are: the school’s one-sided pursuit of enrollment rate,leading to increased pressure on students;Utilitarian teaching,teachers teaching methods obsolete;Teachers’ professional moral quality is not high;The head teacher’s own professional ability is insufficient;Parents have high expectations for their children,family education environment is not good,family structure changes;Students lack learning motivation,weak will quality,improper learning methods,low sense of self-efficacy,adolescent rebellion;The influence of wrong values in society,the influence of mobile phones,the Internet,etc.According to the characteristics and causes of the learning school learning,based on the relevant theory of learning,and put forward the following countermeasures: to reform the innovation education teaching mode,deepening the curriculum reform,improve the system of teacher evaluation and student assessment,improve teachers’ quality,strengthen the coordinated management,strengthen the communication between family,home school produced force;Parents should improve their own quality,set an example,create a good family atmosphere for their children,optimize the way of family education,be strict with children and set reasonable expectations;Students should set up lofty aspirations,master good learning methods,cultivate a strong will quality;Government departments should strengthen public opinion guidance,purify the social atmosphere,strengthen the management of young people’s mobile phones,and purify the Internet environment.
