After the reform and opening up,China’s social economy has developed rapidly,and all industry fields have entered the stage of high-quality development.The vocational education industry must also keep pace with the social and economic development,improve the quality of vocational education and cultivate skilled talents in vocational education.In recent years,the state has paid more attention to skilled and applied talents and increased the investment in related teaching resources,but compared with the general higher education system,there are still certain limitations and shortcomings in the education system,education quality,and inheritance development.For the secondary vocational colleges,the main purpose of developing vocational education is to deliver skilled and applied talents with good comprehensive quality to different industries in society,and the core of achieving the goal of secondary vocational education is to ensure good teachers and educational resources,especially "double-teacher" teachers with comprehensive ability,because the professional ability of "double-teacher" teachers is directly related to the teaching quality and education standard of secondary vocational institutions.This paper has collected and summarized the relevant literature on the professional competence of secondary vocational teachers at home and abroad.Based on the results of the literature analysis,this paper selects the "dual-teacher" teachers as the most important model.Firstly,with the guide of the Human Capital Theory,Lifelong Education Theory and Motivation Theory,understand the meaning of ’dual-teacher’ teachers and their vocational abilities.Secondly,investigate the basic situation of the ’ dual-teacher’teachers’structure and vocational abilities in school Q.According to the results,‘dual-teacher’teachers’ vocational abilities lack of elasticity,the teachers lack of sufficient acquaintance in teaching demand,practical operations,and ethic education doesn’t implement.Thirdly,this paper analyse the causes deeply from the inside and out.At last,Based on the results of the literature analysis,this paper selects secondary school Q as the target of the study,and uses questionnaires and face-to-face interviews to understand the professional competence of"dual-teacher" teachers in this institution and analyze the problems of professional competence of teachers in this institution.According to the results of the study,there are four problems with the professional competence of the "dual-teacher" teachers in secondary school Q.Firstly,the deficiency lack of adaptation in teaching ability.Secondly,teachers do not know enough about the needs of the industry;thirdly,teachers’ practical skills are not high;fourthly,moral education has not been implemented yet.In view of the above problems,this paper continues to analyze the causes from both internal and external aspects.After theoretical research and practical investigations,the author believes that the improvement of "dual-teacher" teachers’ professional ability in secondary vocational colleges is a long-term systematic project,which requires a multi-prolonged approach with the cooperation of teachers themselves,competent departments,secondary vocational colleges and enterprises.This paper provides some strategies to solve the problems in the process of enhancing the professional competence of "dual-teacher" teachers,and hopes to provide some theoretical references to improve the professional competence of"dual-teacher" teachers in Q secondary schools and even in China.
