Since the 12 th Five Year Plan,secondary vocational education in Guizhou has developed unprecedentedly.It is an important link to build an excellent "double qualified" teacher team to further improve the quality of vocational education personnel training.This study takes J school as the research object,which is a national model school,and uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview to make a systematic study on the current situation,practical difficulties and optimization path of the construction of "double teacher" teachers' team in J school.In the process of demonstration construction,the construction of "double teacher" teachers team in school J is faced with four major difficulties: imperfect management system,imperfect incentive system,unclear development goal and inadequate cooperation between school and enterprise.J school combines foreign experience with local innovation,and designs top-level management system from the perspective of improving teachers' team building and scientifically formulating management system;We should improve the incentive mechanism of "double teacher" teachers and establish a teacher evaluation system;Improve the comprehensive quality of "double teacher" teachers,and scientifically customize the development goals;The government,school and enterprise work together to build a "double teacher" team of teachers.After five years of construction,remarkable achievements have been made in the number,structure and scientific research achievements of "double teacher" teachers.Based on the practice of J school and the situation of Guizhou Province,this study attempts to build a set of "double teacher" teachers' team construction practice plan,ncluding "double teacher" teacher qualification identification,training,teaching evaluation and assessment,enterprise practice,etc,t is expected to provide a reference for the construction of "double teacher" teachers in secondary vocational schools in Guizhou Province. |
