Under The Background Of Deepening The Football Reform,wuhan Youth Football Study On The Characteristics Of Reserve Talent Training System

Since the deepening reform of Chinese football,Wuhan has been a key development city of national football for a long time,shouldering the responsibility of cultivating youth football reserve talents.Through the study of Wuhan football talent training system operation and system characteristics,combined with the trend of football reform development,reference foreign excellent football talent training mode and concept,to explore a scientific,reasonable and suitable youth football talent training mode,for our football talent training system construction provide certain reference.This study mainly uses the literature data method,expert interview method,logical analysis method,practical investigation method and other research methods,and extensively investigates the operation status of Wuhan football reserve talent training system and the system characteristics,and the following results are obtained:1.Wuhan youth football reserve talent training system covers four aspects: training mode,competition mode,flow system and guarantee system.2.Under the background of comprehensively deepening the football reform,Wuhan city adheres to the new idea of "integration of sports and education" and explores the training mode of youth football reserve talents with "Wuhan characteristics".City bureau of education,the municipal sports bureau and the city football association from the top design,integration,elite training,social resources integration,strengthen enterprise cooperation,innovation "four one"（i.e.,education + sports + football association + enterprise）new cooperation,set up the campus football for the base,elite youth for the tower,professional club for the top of the three "pyramid" talent training mode.3.Wuhan city has set up an upward channel for youth training players of "Campus Football--Elite Youth Training--Professional Football" to ensure the stability of talent flow.All players in the municipal youth training program are registered in the Municipal Football Association,effectively avoiding the brain drain,but there are players in the "high school and university" stage facing difficulties in entering college,and the admission rate of special football students is too low.4.The campus football league has a strong atmosphere.A large number of outstanding athletes stand out from the league and enter the municipal youth training program to receive high-level training.Compared with the campus football league in full swing,the professional youth training echelon competition lacks high-quality football competitions,and the domestic competitions of all ages have been cancelled,resulting in the youth training team cannot get rapid improvement in the competition and lack of practical experience.5.The current reserve talent training mode in Wuhan shows the parallel development of campus football,municipal youth training projects,vocational youth training echelon and overseas study.Campus football is responsible for "popularization",and the latter three are responsible for "improvement".Professional youth training and campus football actively cooperate with each other.In addition to the selection and training of excellent players,they also solve the problems of college admission and education faced by players in primary and secondary schools6.Under the background of deepening football reform,Wuhan has achieved periodic development results,ranking first in the report of China provinces and cities.It has been made great progress in the training mode of football reserve talents,competition mode,professional football club development,regional competition organization ability,community football field construction,and national participation in football sports,which is further away from building a football city.
