With its safety, fun and competitive advantage,In recent years the sport of air volleyball has been rapid development in our country, the number of participants is increasing At present, many universities have already offered air volleyball courses, providing more diverse options for student groups to carry out activities, and campus volleyball has taken on a new look.2018,Jiangsu Province held the first training course for college air volleyball referees and coaches, and in 2019,Jiangsu Province held the first college air volleyball championship, all of which provide favourable conditions for air volleyball to enter university campuses and carry out classroom teaching and learning. All these provide favourable conditions and public opinion atmosphere for air volleyball to enter university campuses and carry out classroom teaching. With the further development of air volleyball in universities, the teaching process of air volleyball has gradually highlighted some problems, especially the blind copying of hard volleyball teaching processes and methods without analysis and comparison, thus losing the easy-to-use project characteristics of air volleyball itself and the low conversion rate of special characteristic technical teaching materials. The teaching of receiving and serving is one of the most important aspects of the teaching and competition of air volleyball. In traditional volleyball teaching, the receiving and serving teaching and competition is mainly carried out using the mat ball. However, practice shows that students still can’t catch the serve well with the pad technique when they play air volleyball,or even catch the ball flying directly, which affects the teaching effect and the quality of teaching and competition. Therefore,it is necessary to analyse and study the inherent techniques of air volleyball and introduce them into the classroom teaching,to explore the methods of receiving and serving techniques suitable for ordinary university students,so as to improve the teaching efficiency and quality of teaching and competition, and to increase students’ interest in air volleyball, which is a topic that needs to be studied in depth at present, and is important for forming a systematic and complete teaching of air volleyball receiving and serving, promoting the reform of university physical education and promoting the flourishing of campus volleyball. It is of great practical significance to promote the development of campus volleyball. This paper takes the teaching of catching and serving techniques in Soochow University’s general college students’ air volleyball option class as the research object, and takes one class of male and one class of female students in class 2021 as the experimental object, and adopts the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics and logical analysis to study different catching and serving techniques in college students’ air volleyball option class.Through the experimental research,we obtained data on the quality assessment of various receiving and serving techniques of general college students in Soochow University, and explored the teaching methods to improve the receiving and serving ability of general college students in conjunction with the competition practice,so as to form a teaching content system of air volleyball receiving and serving with course characteristics, and provide theoretical basis and practical reference for scientific formulation of college air volleyball school-based courses and reasonable arrangement of teaching plans.Through the collation and analysis of the experimental data, the following conclusions are drawn.(1)Through the scientific arrangement of teaching schedule and the adoption of reasonable teaching of air volleyball receiving and serving techniques, the easy-to-use characteristics of air volleyball can be revealed,The classroom teaching effect is ideal, very in line with the needs of ordinary college students physical exercise, conducive to the development of campus volleyball.(2)According to the results of the teaching experiment, when students receive the overhand general serve in the initial stage of air volleyball, the rate of students using the passing technique to receive and serve the ball is significantly higher than that of the mat ball and the buttress ball.(3)The main difference between boys and girls in the reception of air volleyball is in the reception of the overhead ball, which is less effective for girls than for boys for the same amount of practice time.(4)During the initial teaching game, students were more inclined to use the passing technique to receive the ball and the rate of placement using the passing technique was significantly higher than the other two techniques.(5)The initial teaching schedule increases the proportion of lesson time for teaching passing and top-holding techniques, making them the focus of receiving and serving teaching, which can significantly improve the quality of teaching and competition. In the later stages of teaching, according to the requirements of the improvement of air volleyball skills, the emphasis should be placed on the top of the ball technique as the focus of the teaching of receiving and serving,so as to strengthen the practice and continuously improve the effectiveness of receiving and serving. |
