Research On The Optimization Of Educational Administration Service Function In Universities

As an important part of talent cultivation,the administrative management mode of colleges and universities has been restricted by the government administrative management system.However,at the beginning of the 21 st century,Chinese leaders proposed that the government administration mode should be transformed into a service-oriented mode.Therefore,under the background of service-oriented management mode as the direction of reform,the educational administration mode of colleges and universities should obviously take the vital interests of teachers and students as the center and provide high-quality service as the main function.Continuously to perfect the educational administration service system and service system trend forward.By defining the service function,this paper puts forward the meaning of service function optimization,including providing all-round service for students,providing intimate service for teachers and providing high quality service for educational policy makers.Combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge of new public management,humanistic management and total quality management,using multi-level and diversified theoretical perspective analysis,to provide theoretical basis for the research on the optimization of educational administration service function in colleges and universities.Based on theoretical support and literature review and summary,this paper selected S University in D province as the main case for in-depth study.To understand the general situation of the educational administration service of the university,it shows that the educational administration service function of the university in D province has a certain universal representative.In terms of service concept,service consciousness,service team and service equipment,this paper conducts research and analysis on the educational administration service function of S University.Questionnaire survey and in-depth interview were conducted on the students,teachers,basic staff of educational affairs and decision-makers of educational affairs of the school,and the key concerns of the student symposium organized by the Academic affairs Office in the past three years were sorted out.By using SPSS25 software and factor analysis method,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data are scientifically analyzed,the advantages and disadvantages of the educational administration service function of S University are extracted,and the reasons for the disadvantages are analyzed.Thus,it is concluded that the countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of the educational administration service function of colleges and universities are mainly discussed from four aspects: updating the educational administration service concept,enhancing the awareness of educational administration service,strengthening the educational administration service team,and improving the educational administration service equipment,providing certain reference and practice value for the research in this aspect of colleges and universities.
