The physical and mental health development of teenagers has been widely concerned by the state and society.The physical and mental health development of teenagers is an important basis for national sustainable development.Middle school students are in a critical period of physical and mental development.Strengthening physical exercise behavior can cultivate tough will quality and frustration resistance,and promote children and teenagers to enjoy fun,enhance physique,improve personality and temper their will in sports as a whole.Through questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods,this study selects five secondary schools of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps(Shihezi No.10 middle school,No.1 Middle School of No.83 regiment of the Fifth Division,No.127 regiment Middle School of the seventh division,No.164 regiment Middle School of the ninth division and Huangtian farm Middle School of the 13th Division)as the survey objects,To investigate and analyze the basic situation of physical exercise behavior and psychological resilience of middle school students,and the differences between them in different demographic variables;This thesis studies the relationship between middle school students’ physical exercise behavior and psychological resilience,clarifies the relationship between physical exercise behavior and psychological resilience,and explores whether physical exercise behavior can predict psychological resilience.Through the analysis and discussion of the research results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The physical exercise behavior and psychological resilience of middle school students are at a good level as a whole.75%of middle school students have a moderate amount of exercise,79.1%can reach a moderate intensity of exercise,83.5%of the exercise time can reach more than 21 minutes,and 68.1%can reach a frequency of exercise more than three times a week;The average score of each item in each dimension of psychological resilience from high to low is:positive cognition>family support>goal focus>interpersonal assistance>emotional control.(2)In the variable of different grades,there is no difference in physical exercise behavior and each dimension;There are significant differences in the overall level of psychological resilience,interpersonal assistance and emotional control.(3)In the variable of different gender,there are significant differences in physical exercise behavior,physical exercise time and physical exercise intensity;There are significant differences in the overall level of emotional control,positive cognition,family support,interpersonal assistance and psychological resilience.(4)There are significant differences in physical exercise time and frequency in the variable of whether it is an only child or not;Positive cognition showed significant differences.(5)There are significant differences in physical exercise time in the variable of source of students;There are significant differences in the overall level of psychological resilience,goal focus,interpersonal assistance and emotional control.(6)There is a significant positive correlation between middle school students’ physical exercise behavior and psychological resilience,that is,psychological resilience increases with the increase of physical exercise behavior.(7)Middle school students’ physical exercise behavior can positively and significantly predict the level of middle school students’ psychological resilience and all dimensions,and has a certain degree of explanation.Based on the above research conclusions,the following four suggestions are put forward:(1)Implement the national policy and hold full physical education classes;(2)Strengthening evaluation and testing to promote the healthy development of school physical education;(3)Carry out relevant psychological education to improve the psychological resilience of middle school students;(4)Vigorously develop external support and improve the external protective factors of middle school students.
