Research On The Spatial Distribution Characteristics And Coordinated Development Of Campus Football Characteristic Schools In Hebei Province

As an important carrier for the development of campus football,youth campus football characteristic school is an important starting point for the promotion of campus football.However,there are some problems in the development process of campus football characteristic schools in Hebei Province,such as emphasizing declaration over construction,unbalanced regional layout,non sharing of resources,imperfect evaluation,inadequate implementation of conditions and so on,especially the problems of difficult coordinated development of regions,urban and rural areas and school titles in their spatial distribution characteristics,which hinder the overall planning,fairness and sustainable development ability of campus football resources.Based on the relevant data of 1463campus football characteristic schools in Hebei Province established by the Ministry of education from 2015 to 2021,this paper uses the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,interview,field investigation,Delphi,analytic hierarchy process and GIS spatial analysis to explore the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of coordinated development of Campus football characteristic schools in Hebei Province,and according to the existing problems and practical needs of Hebei Province,Reconstruct the index system of campus football characteristic schools in Hebei Province according to local conditions.The results show that:1)the characteristic schools of campus football in Hebei Province are gradually sparse from the southeast to the northwest,and the nearest neighbor index R indicates that they are distributed in a concentrated state in space.The geographical average index G>G₀indicates that the quantity distribution among cities is concentrated and uneven.Moran’s I index of Moran coefficient indicates that each city has a low degree of interdependence and poor linkage.In terms of spatial density,the hottest area exists in Shijiazhuang City,and the sub hot areas are Xingtai City,Handan City,Baoding City,Tangshan City and the central area of Zhangjiakou City,while the cold spots are mainly distributed in most areas of Chengde City and non central areas of Zhangjiakou City;2)The Gini coefficient value belongs to the absolute fairness index range,which shows that the quantity distribution of school resources with campus football characteristics in Hebei Province is reasonable among cities.The overall abundance index shows that the distribution of the whole region is uneven,among which Dingzhou,Qinhuangdao,Shijiazhuang,Handan,Xinji,Langfang,Xingtai,Tangshan and Baoding are medium rich,and Chengde,Zhangjiakou,Hengshui and Cangzhou are not rich;3)The factors that affect the coordinated development of Hebei campus football schools are geographical factors affecting balanced development,policy factors affecting fair development,economic factors affecting sustainable development,and cultural factors affecting linkage development;4)Put forward the coordinated development path of Hebei campus football characteristic schools:at the policy level,strengthen the effective connection between policy planning and policy implementation,and improve the top-level design of coordinated development;Ensure the macro control of ideological guidance and material support,and build the overall layout of coordinated development;Emphasize the key and difficult points and dynamic assessment and comprehensive treatment to break through the key bottleneck of coordinated development.At the school level,play an exemplary role and reasonably link with the sharing mechanism,and assume the responsibility for coordinated development;Realize the dual track parallel of infrastructure construction and football culture,and seek opportunities for coordinated development and reform.
