Agricultural modernization is the basis for solving China’s "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" problems,and is also the key to enhancing my country’s comprehensive strength.As the main force of agricultural scientific research and scientific and technological innovation,agricultural graduate students have played a huge role in promoting the overall progress of my country’s agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Entering the new era,my country attaches great importance to the development of agricultural science and technology,and provides strong support for the cultivation of high-quality agricultural talents in higher agricultural education.It has effectively improved the development status and spiritual outlook of my country’s agriculture,rural areas and farmers.However,facing the scientific and technological needs and talent needs of the development of the modern agricultural industry,there are still problems in the cultivation of agricultural talents in my country,such as the weak innovation ability of agricultural postgraduates and the small number of agricultural postgraduates who are engaged in agricultural work after graduation.At present,the systematic research on the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents for agricultural graduate students from the perspective of production and demand is of great significance to promoting the reform of the training mechanism of agricultural graduate students in my country and cultivating high-level agricultural talents with strong scientific research ability and good quality.Based on the three theories of higher agricultural education law,innovative education theory and human capital theory,this paper follows the research idea of "theoretical discussion-current situation study-case analysis-reform suggestion",and then based on the law of higher agricultural education,put forward the top agricultural graduate students Improvement measures and policy suggestions for the cultivation of innovative talents.With the help of literature,this research,on the basis of following the laws of higher agricultural education,re-examines higher agricultural education and designs a questionnaire around the interdependence between higher agricultural education and modern agricultural industry.,understand that my country’s higher agricultural colleges and universities have achieved good results in terms of school-running conditions,faculty,training scale,and school-running quality.However,for the modern agricultural industry,there are still poor training conditions,backward training methods,and poor training capabilities for agricultural talents.Weakness,insufficient training quantity,uncoordinated training structure and other problems,and analyzed the deep reasons of agricultural graduate training problems from three aspects: government,higher agricultural colleges,and agricultural graduate students themselves.The thesis analyzes the successful practices of Cornell University,Hohenheim University,the Royal Agricultural University of the United Kingdom and Wageningen University,which are typical representatives of the world’s first-class agricultural universities,in the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents for agricultural graduate students.From the perspective of my country’s agricultural colleges and universities,the cultivation of agricultural talents has enlightening significance,that is,higher agricultural colleges should face the modern agricultural industry,set up diversified courses to meet the needs of industrial talents,meet the needs of industrial science and technology with advanced scientific research,and fully Practical teaching promotes the integrated development of production and education,and enhances the comprehensive competitiveness of production and education through international cooperation.This study follows the laws of higher agricultural education,based on the analysis of domestic current situation and foreign experience,and believes that in order to meet the needs of the future agricultural industry,my country’s higher agricultural education urgently needs to increase financial investment and policy support for the cultivation of agricultural graduate top-notch innovative talents,and strengthen agricultural graduate teachers.Team strength,improve the agricultural talent training system,change the training concept of agricultural graduate students,and connect and serve the development of my country’s modern agricultural industry. |
