| Now China has entered the 21st century,the social requirements for high-quality talents are gradually changing,the current requirements for talents are not only to have excellent professional skills,but also require strong comprehensive quality and ability(such as good psychological quality and teamwork consciousness).In order to cultivate high-quality talents in line with social requirements,colleges and universities in Our country are actively carrying out educational reform under the guidance of "health first".Outward bound training courses as an emerging after the reform of education curriculum was introduced into colleges and universities,make up for the traditional sports teaching to cultivate students’ innovative ability,resisting frustration ability,team cooperation consciousness,etc,the deficiency,and satisfy the diversified development of school sports,to the student employment also plays a certain extent,help,give full play to students’ subjective initiative,Help students become the talents needed by the society.Taking nanchang undergraduate course colleges and universities to expand training courses to carry out the status quo as the research object,in the process of research in nanchang undergraduate course colleges and universities to expand training of teachers and students as investigation object,USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,interview method and so on scientific research methods,to nanchang undergraduate course colleges and universities to expand training courses to carry out the situation and development countermeasure research,This paper makes a comprehensive and concrete analysis from four aspects: the implementation status of outward development training courses,teachers’ strength,teaching media and students.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The four undergraduate universities in Nanchang have different teaching objectives and different teaching contents.Generally speaking,while improving students’ mental health level and professional comprehensive quality,students’ physique is enhanced,students’ health is enhanced,and students’ habit of persisting in exercise is cultivated,laying a foundation for lifelong sports.(2)The teaching materials used in the outward development training courses of the four undergraduate universities in Nanchang are not uniform.Each university chooses the teaching materials required for the courses comprehensively by taking the teaching syllabus as the center and combining the actual teaching situation of the university and the situation of students.(3)the nanchang three undergraduate universities to expand training facilities is not perfect,do not have to carry out the high altitude and low altitude challenging in hard conditions of the project,part of the school on the school track and field as the main teaching area,the ground project as the main teaching content,expand the activities of the training course hierarchy is incomplete,and part of the school’s teaching equipment update slower,Unable to meet teaching needs.(4)The faculty strength of the extended training courses of undergraduate universities in Nanchang is relatively weak,the proportion of full-time teachers is small,and the age composition tends to be middle-aged,the knowledge update of teachers is slow,and the training of systematic professional knowledge and skills is lacking. |
