Competition in current society features the competition between talents.The cultivation of talents mostly relies on higher education.However,many people who graduate from the higher education find themselves difficult to fit the development of the society.With the propress of the society,talents are required to have good psychological qualities and teamwork spirit as well as good professional skill.Outward Bound courses is a kind of use of the natural environment or artificial Settings of various complex environment for students with a single team and the team's class,which form is different from the conventional physical education teaching form,whose content is also rare in the sports teaching activities,especially paying attention to the exercise of students' psychological quality.Study on Guangdong province to carry out effective Outward Bound courses to expand the five universities(Shaoguan University,Guangdong Police College,Beijing Institute of Technology-Zhuhai,Beijing Normal University-Zhuhai branch,Guangdong Institute of science and Technology)the current development of curriculum as the research object,using literature method,interview method,questionnaire method and mathematical statistics method,based on the research of these five universities expand the status quo of Outward Bound courses,and to analyze the problem,propose specific solutions,summarizes the copy of the curriculum development and promotion experience,in order to provide reference for the development of other colleges and universities to carry out Outward Bound courses,to further promote the dissemination and development of Outward Bound courses of colleges and universities in Guangdong Province.The results show that(1)in the aspect of curriculum design,the setting of the five colleges and universities is different,so the teaching objectives are slightly different(2)in the implementation of the curriculum,cognitive levels of developing Outward Bound courses of five university students is below 4,concentrated in the "general cognitive options";from the statistical results,41% of the teachers are under the age of 35,in addition to the Beijing Normal University-Zhuhai,9 teachers are full-time teachers,in the rest of four universities,part-time teachers account for a larger proportion,teachers are of the uneven quality;five universities have no unified teaching material in the teaching.(3)in the course of evaluation,evaluation content contains three parts of the theoretical examination practice exam scores.The ratio of the three parts accounted by five universities is not the same,which is mainly composed of the college students' learning achievement evaluation model.(4)in the improvement of curriculum,teachers and students think the problem of the process of expanding training courses in five colleges exist in the focus on the of "supporting the teaching materials and teaching resources","insufficient attention of school and society," shortage of money "," lack of teachers' professional teaching skills Outward Bound "," lack of experience five,a lack of systematic and overall planning ".The conclusions are as follows(1)the focus of the teaching goal of the training courses of the five colleges and universities is also slightly different,but it basically can be summed up it focos on the active improvement of students' mental health level and comprehensive professional quality,while enhancing physical exercise ability(2)the cognitive level of the students of the five colleges and universities is not high,the age structure of the teachers tends to be younger,the proportion of full-time teachers is too small,and colleges and universities are lack of regular and systematic Outward Bound for teachers(3)there is no unified teaching material in the teaching of the five colleges and universities,the course of the implementation shows initiative and flexibility,but the standardization of the operation of the course needs to be improved because its lack of scientific curriculum evaluation standards(4)colleges and society do not pay enough attention to the development of curriculum,and the lack of educational funds affect the development of curriculum(5)the number of colleges and universities engaged in outward bound courses in Guangdong province is not very long,the time is not long,the experience is insufficient,and the curriculum system and overall planning are lacking...
