Research On The Construction Of Trinity Innovation And Entrepreneurship Practice Platform For PHYSICAL Education Major In H University

In this paper,undergraduates majoring in physical education in H University are investigated,and the development of the practice platform for innovation and entrepreneurship in physical education is deeply analyzed by means of questionnaire survey,expert interview and documentary data.Firstly,the paper studies the demand of professional talents for the high-quality development of sports industry by using the method of literature,and finds that there is an urgent demand for "high quantity + high quality" of sports professionals in China’s sports industry,and the demand for sports professionals has an application-oriented,innovative and compound development trend.Secondly,I consulted relevant information about innovation and entrepreneurship of sports majors in search engines such as CNKI.Combined with interviews with sports professional counselors and experts in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship;Finally,through the sports major students innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform investigation.Conclude that the current local university sports professional exists on the innovative entrepreneurial practice platform to build "the theory of light practice","heavy teaching competition","heavy traditional innovation" "designed" separation "deficiency,such as analysis of sports professional students" trinity "innovative entrepreneurial practice platform to build the influence factors of professional sports innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform optimization path.Based on this,the construction of a comprehensive and practical innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform is the key to solve the disconnection between sports professional talent training practice activities and sports industry needs,but also an effective way to cultivate compound and applied talents to meet industry needs;With the help of the three-party resource integration of "skills + competition + multi-dimensional linkage",the functions and effects of each platform are explored to make up for the shortcomings in the training of physical education professionals in colleges and universities and promote the physical education professionals to better adapt to the development needs of the sports industry.Through analysis and research,it is concluded that:1.According to the analysis of the demand situation of sports industry,it is found that there is a huge gap between the new sports industry and the innovative sports talents.2.Through questionnaire survey and data analysis,we found that most of the sports major students are weak in innovation and entrepreneurship awareness,and lack of access to practical activities.3.It is concluded that the training mode of sports talents is traditional and single,the school grounds and teaching resources have not been fully used,and the training mode for students of different grades is more general.4.According to the analysis of the above statistical data,the function of the practice platform for students majoring in physical education is more focused on the sharing of sports resources,the guidance of innovation and entrepreneurship,the mode of practical training,the circulation of information and other functions.5.Using inductive method to make rational analysis,innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform development should strengthen practice function orientation,enrich practice content diversification,optimize operation and management of practice platform,broaden the depth and breadth of practice platform,training Modern sports professionals with precision.From the three perspectives of skill practice,competition training and internship,the platform construction ideas are put forward to effectively promote the research on the construction of the "trinity" innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform for sports major.
