Public Opinion Guidance In Response To Public Health Incidents Of Schools

On internet,we could often find that students get virus,nutritious meals expired and deteriorated,school environmental pollution and other harmful public incidents.Parents’ worry about food safety and health growing sever,discontented with government regulation in relevant areas,leading to a sharp decline in trust in government.Behind the campus public health events,the emotions of parents and public who cared about students influenced by the opinions of the network publicity easily,resulting in the rapid spread and development of network public opinion storm.Campus public health emergencies are mainly formed by the sensitivity of the event,the convenience of social environment and network communication,consist of the potential period,sudden period,spread period and solution period evolution law but also has its own characteristics: mainly for a wide range of influence,spread rapidly and arouse a lot resonance.According to the characteristics of such public opinion and the existing problems in the government’s public opinion guidance,this article will design experiments to study how to improve the government’s public opinion guidance ability based on the framework theory.This article mainly conducts research through agenda setting theory,cognitive bias theory,framework theory and image restoration theory.Through the comparison of the two cases,it analyzes the problems existing in the public opinion guidance of public health emergencies on campus by government departments.We will further explain from the three dimensions of communicator frame,text frame and receiver frame,and use the method of frame experiment to get the strategy of public opinion guidance.By means of hypothesis research,experiment design and verification,this paper finds that: On campus public health emergencies,when the subject of information release is an official agency,the more timely,detailed and sincere the information is released,the more effective it is to avoid the generation and spread of rumors,and the more effective it is to guide public opinion correctly.According to the experimental findings,the following enlightenment is obtained: First,release official information in a timely manner to gain the initiative of public opinion;Second,give play to the role of opinion leaders and correctly guide the direction of public opinion;Third,precise analysis of online appeals,timely response to public concerns;Fourth,actively release the results of the event to completely eliminate public doubts;Fifth,strengthen training and education to improve the quality of news spokesmen.
