| Nowadays,more and more graduates find jobs through online recruitment,but the mismatch between supply and demand between college graduates and enterprises leads to an increasingly severe employment situation,making accurate matching of employment become an important problem to be solved in the contemporary employment market.In order to solve the problem of "recruitment difficulty" and "employment difficulty",we collected the data of recruitment website and the practice data of e-commerce major graduates in hard skills and soft power respectively.For the 3256 pieces of data extracted from the recruitment website,descriptive statistics were first used to compare the differences of the three positions of short video production,account operation and anchor according to the recruitment enterprise portrait and the basic needs of the post.Secondly,the keywords of the three positions are extracted from the recruitment thesaurus to generate candidate labels.Finally,subject words extraction and LDA topic mining are carried out for the text information extracted.Word2 vec is used to train word vector,and similarity degree of candidate tags and topic keywords is calculated to generate skill tags under each topic.For the 540 practical data of students,firstly,the scoring results of teachers and teaching assistants are integrated according to the weight,then the entropy method is utilized to allot weight to the employability index of students,and finally,the similarity between the skill labels of each subject word and the employability index of students is calculated according to the Manhattan distance,and the similarity is taken as the intermediate variable.The confusion matrix is used to classify and integrate the similarity with the recruitment intention of the enterprise to achieve accurate matching between college students and enterprises.Studies have found that short video production,account operation,the host class three post company for small companies,position concentrated in Hangzhou and Beijing,industry concentration distribution in the "Internet/computer/communication/electronic field,post to the degree required for college and university degree,major in account operation positions of preference for undergraduate degree requirements,The salary ranges from 5-10K/month,with a preference for 1-3 years of work experience.The account operation and anchor positions are more likely to be rewarded for full attendance.Through theme mining,it is shown that different positions have different emphasis on skills,among which short video production positions prefer video production ability and planning content,account operation positions prefer diversion ability and planning content,and anchor positions prefer user attraction ability and professional practice ability.The evaluation criteria showed that the accuracy rate was 91.6%,recall rate was88.6%,and F1 value was 88.97%.Through the above analysis,clear the e-commerce professional graduate individual ability and the enterprise hiring intentions precise matching mode,to guide students to realize accurate employment and promote the innovation in personnel training mode in colleges and universities,offer reference for enterprises recruit the most suitable talents,decrease the cost of hiring jobs provide a solution,has the very vital significance. |
