| The Classroom Environment Management among the Reviewing School Students is related to the development of the teaching activities,the occurrence of students’ good behavior,the harmonious interaction between teachers and students and the healthy growth of the students.According to the documentation method and practical exploration,the study attempts to study and explore the theory,the current situation,the problem,the reasons and the optimization measures of the Classroom Environment Management among the Reviewing School Students.And I will divide it into physical environment management,social environment management and psychological environment management.According to the research,the deviation of the management concept,the orientation of the management result and the rigid management mode all cause the closure,the unbalance of the dynamic and static state and the alienation of life in the classroom environment management.However,the the Reviewing School Students have their own particularity which let the Classroom Environment Management among the Reviewing School Students can’t be in line with the the management of ordinary high school students,but it should adjust the measures to the the Reviewing School Students,and the management philosophy and methods should update with the change and development.As a result,some optimization measures should be taken to solve the problems.Firstly,optimize the concept of the the Classroom Environment Management among the Reviewing School Students,so the static and single state should be turned into dynamic and static state in the Classroom Environment Management;The close state should be replaced with the open state in the Classroom Environment Management.And the material orientation should be transmitted into the life care in the Classroom Environment Management.Secondly,some practical explorations should be carried out based on two stages.In the first stage,there are some gropes and explorations on physical environment management,social environment management and psychological environment management.After the effect analysis and introspection,some improvements are underway in the second stage.For example,the harmonious development among the physical environment,social environment and psychological environment should be take seriously;we should build up the ranks of teachers.And the institutions of the Classroom Environment Management among the Reviewing School Students should be renovated. |
