China’s educational modernization 2035 emphasizes that modern education is committed to facing every educatee,promoting the all-round development of educatees,and paying attention to the lifelong learning education of educated groups.Primary education is the foundation of life education,which requires educators to comprehensively improve the overall quality of students in school education and teaching,and form the character of lifelong learning and good learning ability of students.In the light of the lack of learning ability of students with learning difficulties,researchers try to formulate and implement targeted improvement strategies to help them correct their learning attitude,affirm the value of learning,stimulate their learning internal drive,strengthen their learning will and master effective learning methods,So as to promote and enhance the learning ability of students with learning difficulties,in order to realize the educational transformation of students with learning difficulties.This research process adopts the research mode of action research,supplemented by test method,literature research,interview,observation and so on.The first round of cognitive motivation of students with learning difficulties is to wake up the students with learning difficulties.The first round of action helps students with learning difficulties realize that if they want to change the current situation,they need to start with their own efforts to improve their learning ability.Through the implementation of emotional education,researchers help students with learning difficulties understand the importance of learning,cooperate with the attention of teachers and parents,and change their learning attitude;Formulate learning goal incentives and clarify the learning direction of students with learning difficulties;Adopt integral reward system,teacher praise and attribution training to stimulate students’ learning motivation and further strengthen the learning enthusiasm of students with learning difficulties.The second round of action mainly provides effective learning methods through external assistance to help students with learning difficulties cultivate learning perseverance and form good learning ability.By asking students with learning difficulties to write reflections and summaries,researchers help them strengthen their continuous attention to learning and strengthen their willpower in learning;Guide them to record class notes efficiently,make mind mapping,and promote the integration and application of knowledge to improve their learning ability.After two rounds of action research,the two students with learning difficulties corrected their learning attitude,optimized their learning behavior,and improved their learning ability to varying degrees,their academic performance has made significant progress,and the problem of learning difficulties has been improved to some extent.However,the learning ability of learners is cultivated and improved in educational activities,which is implicit and dynamic.Improving the learning ability of students with learning difficulties is a long-term and complex process,which needs the continuous tracking and attention of researchers.By reflecting on the whole process of action research,this study believes that: the learning motivation of students with learning difficulties can be improved through the implementation of emotional education,giving attention to students with learning difficulties,formulating learning goals,implementing the integral system incentive,and adopting positive attribution strategies;By setting lofty goals and aspirations,persisting in reflection and summary,we can stimulate the learning willpower of students with learning difficulties and cultivate their learning perseverance;By teaching effective learning strategies,taking notes efficiently and using mind mapping,students with learning difficulties can form good learning ability.The development of learning motivation,learning perseverance and learning ability of students with learning difficulties promote and complement each other,and jointly promote the improvement of learning ability of students with learning difficulties.
