With the increasing number of college graduates,coupled with the COVID-19 epidemic in recent years,the employment situation of college students has become more serious,the pressure caused by college students’ employment has become a key concern of universities and society.Career self-efficacy is one of the main factors affecting college students’ success in employment.It mainly refers to college students’ confidence in their ability to complete various tasks in the process of career selection.At present,some college students’ self-cognition is not comprehensive enough,and they lack the ability to complete the tasks of choosing a career.Their lack of confidence leads to a low sense of efficacy in choosing a career,which has a certain degree of influence on their psychology of choosing a career.In the process of choosing a career,they encounter numerous difficulties and pressures,affecting the smooth employment of college students.This study is to guide college students to have a reasonable cognition of themselves,enhance their ability in the process of choosing a career,and relieve the employment pressure by improving their sense of efficacy in choosing a career,and make appropriate employment choices.Therefore,the author takes the students of X University as the main research object,conducts a questionnaire survey on this group,uses SPSS24.0 to analyze the current situation of the self-efficacy of college students’ career choice,and identifies the main existing problems of the self-efficacy of college students’ career choice.It is found that the current career choice efficacy of college students is relatively low,which is mainly manifested as: lack of correct cognition of their own personality,ability,interest and career choice,and lack of ability to complete career choice tasks,such as self-evaluation,career planning,problem solving and so on.Based on this,the author tries to use the group work method to intervene and improve college students’ career choice efficacy under the guidance of social support network theory,cognitive behavior theory and constructivism learning theory.A total of 7 college students from X University were selected as the service objects,and 6 group activities were carried out with the goal of enhancing their overall cognition of themselves,improving their ability of career planning and problem solving,and taking into account the needs of improving other abilities of college students’ sense of career efficacy.Group activities after the end,the author a review of the group activities in detail,from group activities evaluation results,after six times the intervention group activities,members basically satisfied the demand,team members’ self-efficacy has been effectively promoted,this for us to promote college students’ career self-efficacy,promote university students’ employment is undoubtedly has the certain enlightenment significance,at the same time,There are some limitations in this research,and the author summarizes and reflects on this research in the end.
