Research On The Social Welfare Supply Of Vulnerable Children Embedded In Social Organizations

According to the seventh national census,there are about 253 million children under the age of 14 in my country,including about one million children in difficult circumstances.Impr oving the social welfare supply system for vulnerable children is an inherent requirement to meet the basic needs of children in distress,cut off the intergenerational transmission of pove rty in distressed families,realize the all-round physical and mental development of vulnerable children,and improve the life happiness index of vulnerable children.However,the social w elfare supply system for vulnerable children in my country has problems such as incomplete development of internal subjects and poor interaction and communication,which leads to low internal viscosity and cannot give full play to its maximum effectiveness.As a key subject in the social welfare supply system for vulnerable children,social organizations have intrinsic v alue and interactive value,which can effectively enhance the synergy of various supply subje cts in the system,enhance the efficiency of the social welfare supply system for vulnerable ch ildren,and provide more opportunities for the development of vulnerable children.for strong support.This paper adopts literature analysis,field interviews and other methods,aiming at the c urrent situation of social welfare policy and service supply for vulnerable children in my coun try,starting from the five main functions of government,community,family,social organizat ion and market,and fully sorting out the existence of social welfare supply system for vulnera ble children.problems and causes.The problems are mainly manifested in the lack of child w elfare laws and policies at the legislative level,the social services purchased by the governme nt cannot meet the actual needs of vulnerable children to the greatest extent,the goals of com munity autonomy are deviated,the single social organization lacks independence,and the fa mily provides services to vulnerable children one-sidedly,market action-oriented excessive utilitarianism,etc.The advantages of social organizations participating in the problem of soci al welfare supply for children in distress are summarized into their intrinsic value and interact ive value,and the key role of social organizations in the supply of social welfare for vulnerabl e children is discussed in depth.Combining the problems of the social welfare supply system for vulnerable children in my country and the theoretical analysis framework of embeddedness,the author puts forward suggestions for embedding the functions of social organizations into the social welfare supply of vulnerable children: optimizing the process of government procurement of services and st andardizing the management mechanism of social organizations at the level of institutional e mbeddedness;at the level of structural embeddedness Build a social organization cooperation platform,improve and social welfare network;at the level of relationship embeddedness,clar ify the division of labor and coordinate communication among supplying parties;at the level of cognitive embeddedness,clarify the role of family care and clarify the direction of market supply,so as to promote children in need The development of the integrity,relevance and uni ty of the social welfare supply system.
