In recent years,school bullying has been repeatedly reported,and the situation is not optimistic.In the face of school bullying,most bullied teenagers often adopt passive coping methods such as suffering in silence alone,resulting in more serious and sustained injuries.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the immature coping style of bullied teenagers,to help them fully and effectively cope with school bullying,and get out of the plight of bullying as soon as possible.Based on the review of relevant research status at home and abroad,guided by coping process theory and social learning theory,this study uses the professional method of group work and six group activities to help the bullied teenagers in X Middle School learn to analyze the coping process related to school bullying situations.They are guided to conduct cognitive assessment of campus bullying situations through role-playing in scenario simulation,correctly choose and use appropriate coping strategies according to their internal and external resources,better adjust their coping styles,and eventually improve their immature coping styles,form mature coping styles,and effectively deal with bullying.First of all,questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate the existing problems in coping styles of the bullied adolescents in X Middle School and analyze their needs in improving coping styles.Secondly,under the guidance of coping process theory and social learning theory,combined with the survey results,the group work plan is designed.Again,according to the "Olweus Children’s Bullying Questionnaire Chinese Version"(junior high school version)and the "Bullying Coping Styles Questionnaire " measurement results,select14 bullying and coping styles not mature teenagers,will be randomly assigned to the experimental group(participate in team implementation)and control group(not participate in group implementation),each group of seven.Then,group work was carried out according to the established plan,mainly through the "Build mutual trust and scientifically recognize campus bullying","Acquisition bullying situation coping process,analyze the mature coping styles" and "Apply bullying situation coping process,to change the immature coping style" and " Positive reinforcement the team gains experience,encourage each other and brave in the face of bullying" and other services to help group members improve their immature coping styles and form mature coping styles.Finally,the process evaluation was carried out by using in-group pre-and post-test questionnaires and group process observation records.Results were assessed using the Bullying Coping Scale.The study found that the group work program based on coping process theory and social learning theory can effectively improve the immature coping style of the bullied adolescents in X Middle school.This study is based on the analysis of the effectiveness of practical exploration of coping styles and reflection of problems of bullied adolescents,puts forward the following suggestions: First,build an internal and external support system to help adolescents face bullying bravely;Second,carry out regular and irregular tracking services to improve the long-term service effectiveness;Third,strengthen the training of coping skills to improve the coping ability of bullied adolescents.
