With the increasing demand of first-class undergraduate education,more and more attention has been paid to the rational investment of university education resources and the improvement of student training quality.In the evaluation of teaching quality,the student-centered evaluation system is particularly important.Compared with previous evaluation indexes such as academic performance,learning input can more directly reflect the cultivation situation of university students,and learning input has become an important measurement index.It has been found that learning input is influenced by learning environment,and resource input of colleges and universities is an important guarantee of students’ learning environment.There is a direct influence between the two.Therefore,from the perspective of school resource input,it is of strong practical significance to explore the relationship between resource input and learning input.This paper will start from promoting the improvement of the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities,take the evaluation system of learning input as the entry point,explore the impact of university resources input on learning input,so as to provide a perspective for university resources input,and promote the effective improvement of undergraduate teaching quality.Based on the influence model of colleges and universities and the theory of learning investment,this research adopts the research methods of questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to collect and sort out the relevant data of students’ learning investment and university resource investment,and analyzes 27381 samples from 10 colleges and universities nationwide.This paper constructs the situation of students’ learning investment reflected from three dimensions of cognition,emotion and behavior investment,further explores the influence relationship of human,material and financial resources input on students’ learning investment,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote students’ learning investment from the perspective of universities.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: first,learning investment can be effectively reflected by three dimensions of behavioral investment,cognitive investment and emotional investment.The degree of individual emotional investment of students is better than that of behavioral investment and cognitive investment.Second,there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the number of college teachers and students’ learning investment.Third,compared with the overall area of the university,the resources of the experimental site and sports field on campus have a more obvious impact on learning investment.It can be seen that some factors in university resource investment have significant influence on learning investment,and reasonable planning of resource investment is of practical significance to improve students’ learning investment.Based on the above conclusions,to improve the quality of talent cultivation of universities,this paper argues that made the following conclusions: first,the colleges and universities should focus on students’ learning situation,pay attention to emotional input to the transformation of cognition and behavior into can get students through term assessment methods such as case,can more directly and effectively reflect the state of students to learn.Secondly,good teacher management,in the process of school scale expansion,to maintain the grasp of the quality of student training,increase the enthusiasm of teachers and students communication;Finally,we should focus on optimizing the scientific research environment,expand the sports activities of teachers and students,so as to provide an effective environment for the input and output of knowledge,and continue to promote all-round cultivation of morality,intelligence,body and beauty,which is more conducive to improving the quality of undergraduate teaching and cultivating all-round high-quality talents. |
