Improvement Of Public Sports Service Serformance In University Gymnasiums In D City Based On CAF Framework

Performance management of public sector is always an important research topic.As A "double first-class" class A construction unit,D University has encountered A service dilemma in the service of public sports provided by its stadiums.Continuous improvement of the quality to the service of public sports is the fundamental effect of deepening morality and educating people.In order to help D University sports venues identify their own performance problems and carry out continuous self-evaluation and self-improvement,the European public sector performance management general evaluation framework was introduced.Based on the common evaluation index of Performance management of European public sector,the relevant research work established and tested the self-performance evaluation index system of the service of public sports for D University sports stadiums.Through self-evaluation and management improvement of operation and maintenance team,the performance improvement to the service of public sports centered on teachers and students is continuously strengthened,and a road of sustainable innovation and development is explored.Research conclusions: First,based on the European Public sector performance management general evaluation Framework(CAF),a performance evaluation system consisting of basic principles,subjects and objects,evaluation model and index system is established.Second,constructed by "leadership,strategic planning," nine grade I,21 secondary standard,63 tertiary indicators of performance evaluation index system,index system using analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to 93 indicators to determine the weights.Thirdly,taking the public sports service of D university sports stadiums as the research object,the "general evaluation framework fine scoring system" is used to evaluate and demonstrate the public sports service of D university sports stadiums,and the problems and causes of public sports service of D university sports stadiums are found.Fourthly,improvement suggestions and improvement plans are put forward for the public sports services of stadiums and gymnasiums in D colleges and universities.Meanwhile,long-term evaluation mechanism and rectification targets are established.According to the above research results,in practice,suggestions are put forward to improve the quality of public service supply for university sports stadiums based on the management level and basic facilities of University sports stadiums,which plays a driving role in the research of public sports services and the evaluation of university sports stadiums.
