| With the rapid development of the economy and society, population mobility has become the norm.Since the 1990 s,there have been structural changes in China’s population mobility, that is,from "individual mobility" to "family mobility",and the group of migrant adolescents has been born and expanded in scale.Due to various reasons such as household registration restrictions and poor family economic conditions, the problems faced by migrant adolescents have been continuously exposed.Nowadays, the issue of self-identification of this group is gradually attracting the attention of scholars.Gaining a sense of self-identity and getting rid of the self-identity crisis is a task that all adolescents have to accomplish during adolescence. But compared with ordinary teenagers, migrant teenagers face greater pressure and more challenges. As a result,it is also more difficult to accomplish this task. The necessity and importance of social work intervention continue to emerge, and as a helper, social workers can effectively help migrant adolescents alleviate the self-identity crisis and enhance their sense of self-identity.In view of this, the author uses the cognitive behavior theory and energy enhancement theory as the guide, and uses the case work method to help client Xiao D improve his sense of self-identity and alleviate the self-identity crisis. The author first used the questionnaire to investigate the self-identity status of 100 migrant adolescents in H Street, and the results showed that more than 40% of migrant adolescents faced a self-identity crisis. Then, through unstructured interviews, the author summarizes the specific content of the self-identity crisis.Among them, the interpersonal self-identity crisis,self-value identity crisis, and self-role identity crisis are the most common among mobile adolescent groups and have certain typicality.Third, the author selected a migrant teenager who has a typical self-identity crisis and is willing to accept social work services as the client for in-depth research. The client’s self-identity crisis was due to poor functional perception and lack of empowerment. Therefore, guided by cognitive behavior theory and energy enhancement theory, the author intervenes in the client’s negative emotions, interpersonal self-identity crisis,self-role identity crisis, and self-value identity crisis. While helping clients change their dysfunctional cognitions and reshape their cognitive patterns(negative automatic thinking, intermediate beliefs, and core beliefs),they also enhance their personal, interpersonal, and social participation levels, enabling them to make changes to consolidate newly established adaptive cognitions, and ultimately achieve the goal of alleviating the self-identity crisis and resuming normal campus life.A total of 22 individual meetings lasted for nearly three months. Finally, the author uses SIS scale, interview method, observation method and other methods to evaluate the process and results. The evaluation results show that case work under the guidance of cognitive behavioral theory and empowerment theory can effectively alleviate the self-identity crisis of migrant adolescents and help them grow up healthily. In the process of practical work, the author constantly reflects and summarizes relevant experience,in order to provide practical reference for future social work intervention services. |
