| The family environment plays a vital role in the growth of adolescents,while the bad communication patterns and internal rules among family members are affecting adolescents’ behavior and mental health.This paper attempts to take Satir family therapy model as the guidance.Firstly,observation method and semi-structured interview method are used to evaluate and analyze the service objects from outside to inside,and summarize their needs,including:(1)the needs of creating a good family communication atmosphere;(2)The need to obtain emotional support from family members and enhance the clients’ sense of self-worth;(3)Develop flexible family rules to improve the needs of their addiction to online games.Secondly,based on the actual situation of the families served and several stages of Satir family treatment model,six interventions were carried out in the case : In the contact period and confusion period,the communication posture of family members was analyzed,and the service objects and their family members were taught to deal with the bad emotions correctly;Selection and integration in the new period,by listing the original family is bad family rules,the service object of the transformation of the original family rules of and practice/communication mode;In the execution and new state period,through meditation and sculpture techniques,communication posture is clearly presented in a non-verbal way,so that family members can experience and feel the consequences of bad communication mode;Social workers liaise with schools and communities to conduct family education talks to further consolidate the achievements already achieved;In the end,using interviews,observation and questionnaire before and after comparison,evaluation of the service,after a period of tracking and case observation period.Conclusion: The communication mode between family members is an important factor affecting teenagers’ addiction to online games,and addiction to online games is the coping mode of service objects to the bad communication mode.Satir family therapy model gradually changes the communication mode between family members,improves the family atmosphere,improves the self-worth of service objects,and finally effectively improves the problem of online game addiction of service objects. |
