| As an applied social participation type of academic,under the influence of multiple concepts such as knowledge democracy,multiple academic concepts and non-academic impact assessment,"Web articles" has gradually emerged and been increasingly included in the academic evaluation system of universities and colleges.Meanwhile,as a new type of academic which is different from traditional academic,"Web articles" can improve the academic system to some extent,promote the effective display of teachers’ potential,democratization of professional knowledge and enhance the social utility of academic.But in practice,"Web articles" has aroused many disputes due to its creation form,evaluation standard,evaluation subject and other factors,and further affects the creative will of college teachers.Therefore,understanding the influencing factors and the influencing mechanism behind teachers’ willingness to create "Web articles" has become the key to promote the development of "Web articles" and optimize academic evaluation system.At present,there are few researches on the creation of "web articles" by college teachers in China.The existing researches are mainly based on personal experience and understanding,pointing out the reasons behind the low willingness of college teachers to create "web articles",but the amount of empirical research are still not enough.Therefore,through empirical research on the creation of "web articles" by college teachers from the perspective of individuals,it can deeply understand the creation status and influencing factors of "web articles" by college teachers from the micro level,which is of great practical significance to stimulate the creation desire of "web articles" by college teachers and achieve a high level of "web articles" creation.Based on the questionnaire survey of 892 college teachers in China,this study empirically analyzes the mechanism influencing teachers’ willingness to create "web articles" under the framework of planned behavior theory.Through SPSS26.0statistical analysis software on the recovery of data item analysis,reliability analysis,exploratory factor analysis,descriptive analysis,independent sample t-test,analysis of variance,through AMOS24.0 statistical analysis software for data recovery in the confirmatory factor analysis,structural equation model analysis,the mediation effect analysis,thus come into the results:(1)Significant other support,self-efficacy,interest and responsibility,and perceived resource control can significantly positively predict teachers’ intention to create "web articles";(2)External risk perception significantly negatively predicted teachers’ willingness to write "web articles";(3)External expected remuneration and traditional academic culture can not predict teachers’ willingness to write "n Web articles";(4)"article" important others support not only for teachers will have a direct positive prediction function,and can through indirect effect through the three paths of loneliness: by self-efficacy of independent intermediary role,through the role of the independent intermediary interest and responsibility,and through the self-efficacy and interest and responsibility to the chain of intermediary role.On the basis of the foregoing,so as to further strengthen college teachers "article" creative desire,this research point out Suggestions as follows: the need to further implement relevant policies,further defined procedures and evaluation standard of "article",or can be set up separate "media type" professor post,motivate a group of really interested in and good at creating the enthusiasm of the teachers "article";To formulate guidelines for the creation of "web articles" for college teachers,to solve their worries and protect their academic freedom;Leaders in the universities play an vital role in the creation of "Web articles",play an significant role of others,coordinate the powerful support of administrative and academic powers,and provide a dynamic cultural environment for the creation of "Web articles" by college teachers. |
